    Abstract: A data transmission method, a communications device, a network device, and a system are provided, applicable to Internet of Vehicles, self-driving, or, for example, V2X, V2V, LTE-V, and eV2X. The sending method includes: sending, by a first communications device, first indication information to a second communications device on a first resource, where the first indication information is used to indicate a location relationship between a resource on which the first communications device sends control information and a resource on which the first communications device sends data, and the location relationship is a frequency division multiplexing relationship or a time division multiplexing relationship; sending, by the first communications device, the control information to the second communications device on the first resource; and sending, by the first communications device based on the control information, the data to the second communications device on the first resource.

    Abstract: A method for controlling information, a base station and a user equipment are disclosed. In an embodiment a method includes receiving, by a base station, first signaling from a first user equipment, wherein the first signaling carries an identifier of the first user equipment and information about a preamble sequence, the identifier to be used for random access between the first user equipment and the base station, and the preamble sequence to be used for random access between the first user equipment and second user equipment; and sending, by the base station, second signaling to the first user equipment and the second user equipment, wherein the second signaling carries information about a user equipment cooperation group and the user equipment cooperation group includes the first user equipment and the second user equipment.

    Abstract: A measurement parameter sending method and apparatus are described. The method includes receiving measurement signals corresponding to a plurality of beams. The received measurement signals corresponding to the plurality of beams are measured to obtain a beam measurement parameter. A cell-level measurement parameter is generated based on the beam measurement parameter. The cell-level measurement parameter is reported to a network device. Correspondingly, a measurement parameter receiving method and apparatus are disclosed. Measurement reporting of a plurality of beams can be implemented in a new radio NR system, thereby reducing reporting overheads.

    Abstract: An information sending method, an information receiving method, a device, and an apparatus are disclosed. The information sending method includes: determining, by a first terminal device based on first information, at least one of a quantity or a position of m DMRSs carried on a PSSCH, where m is a positive integer, and the first information includes at least one of a subcarrier spacing, duration of the PSSCH, or a channel coherence time; and sending, by the first terminal device, the m DMRSs to a second terminal device. In addition, when the DMRS on the PSSCH is determined, a reference channel coherence time may be selected. For example, a time interval between two configured adjacent DMRSs may be less than or equal to the channel coherence time.

    Abstract: This application provides example sidelink control information sending methods and example communications devices. One example method includes sending, by a first communications device, first sub control information to a second communications device and a third communications device, where the first sub control information is scrambled by using a common scrambling sequence, the first communications device and the second communications device belong to a first communications device group, and the third communications device does not belong to the first communications device group. The first communications device can then send second sub control information to the second communications device, where the second sub control information is scrambled by using a scrambling sequence generated by using a user equipment identifier of the second communications device or a scrambling sequence generated by using a group identifier of the first communications device group.
