摘要: This application provides example sidelink control information sending methods and example communications devices. One example method includes sending, by a first communications device, first sub control information to a second communications device and a third communications device, where the first sub control information is scrambled by using a common scrambling sequence, the first communications device and the second communications device belong to a first communications device group, and the third communications device does not belong to the first communications device group. The first communications device can then send second sub control information to the second communications device, where the second sub control information is scrambled by using a scrambling sequence generated by using a user equipment identifier of the second communications device or a scrambling sequence generated by using a group identifier of the first communications device group.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses example power control methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining a transmit power of a control channel and a first data subchannel, where the control channel and the first data subchannel completely overlap in time domain and do not overlap in frequency domain. A transmit power of a second data subchannel is determined to be the same as the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel, where the second data subchannel and the control channel overlap in frequency domain and do not overlap in time domain. The control channel and the first data subchannel are sent to a second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel. The second data subchannel is sent to the second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a device-to-device based resource determining method and device, which may be applied to a D2D system (for example, a system such as an internet of vehicles, V2X, or V2V). The method includes: receiving first information sent by a first terminal device, where the first information indicates a second terminal device to send assistance information; and sending the assistance information to the first terminal device, where the assistance information is used to assist the first terminal device in selecting a resource for data transmission. The second terminal device assists the first terminal device in determining the resource for data transmission, instead of completely determining, by a terminal device that sends data, the resource for data transmission.

摘要: The communication method and the communications apparatus may be applied to the internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. The method includes: A first terminal apparatus determines a scaling factor based on a subcarrier spacing of a first time-frequency resource to be used to send first data and/or a quantity of slots occupied by the first time-frequency resource. The first data is to-be-sent data of the first terminal apparatus, and the first time-frequency resource occupies a single slot or a plurality of consecutive slots. Then, the first terminal apparatus determines, based on the scaling factor, a size of a transmission block carrying the first data, and sends the transmission block carrying the first data to a second terminal apparatus on the first time-frequency resource.
