Abstract: A power control method and apparatus for an uplink control channel are provided. The method includes: determining, by user equipment, to send first uplink control information on a first PUCCH and in a subframe i; determining transmit power for sending the first uplink control information on the first PUCCH and in the subframe i. In the embodiments of the present invention, the transmit power is determined by using a sum of a base power adjustment value and any one of a first power adjustment value determined according to a quantity of bits of the first uplink control information.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, user equipment, and base stations for sending feedback information. One example method includes: receiving, by an apparatus, scheduling information that is sent by a base station by using a downlink control channel, wherein the downlink control channel belongs to a preconfigured downlink subframe set; receiving, by the apparatus, downlink data on a downlink data channel, wherein the downlink data is scheduled according to the scheduling information; determining, by the apparatus, an uplink subframe; determining, by the apparatus, a codebook of the feedback information; performing, by the apparatus, channel encoding on the feedback information according to the codebook of the feedback information; determining, by the apparatus, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource according to physical uplink control channel PUCCH resource indication information; and sending, by the apparatus on the PUCCH resource in the uplink subframe, encoded feedback information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods for sending and receiving feedback information, user equipment, and an access network device, relate to the field of communications technologies. The UE performs channel coding on the feedback information according to the codebook. The UE sends the channel coded feedback information.

Mutual interference between communications devices when the unlicensed spectrum is used is eliminated.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, channel indication information from an access network device on a physical control channel; determining the channel resource set that is of N channel resource sets and that matches a type or a size of the UCI as a first channel resource set; determining a channel resource that is in the first channel resource set and that is indicated by the channel indication information; and sending uplink control information UCI to the access network device on the channel resource. A quantity of bits that need to be added to the channel indication information in the embodiments of the present invention is less than that in the prior art.
