摘要: Disclosed are an all-solid-state battery having a protective layer including a composite including a metal sulfide and a carbon component, and a method for manufacturing the same. The all-solid-state battery includes an anode current collector, the protective layer disposed on the anode current collector, a solid electrolyte layer disposed on the protective layer, a cathode active material layer disposed on the solid electrolyte layer, and a cathode current collector disposed on the cathode active material layer, and the protective layer includes a matrix comprising the composite including the metal sulfide and the carbon component, and a metal component distributed in the matrix and capable of alloying with lithium.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a cathode active material for an all-solid-state battery by using sonication. The method includes: preparing a cathode active material; preparing a coating solution, the coating solution including a lithium-containing precursor and a transition-metal-containing precursor; preparing an admixture by adding the cathode active material to the coating solution; sonicating the admixture at a first temperature; and forming a coating layer including a lithium transition metal oxide on the cathode active material by heat-treating a resultant of the sonicating at a second temperature that is a temperature higher than the first temperature.
