摘要： Disclosed are a resin dispersion and a cationic electrodeposition coating composition including the same, in which the dried coating film of the electrodeposition paint is lead-free and has an epoxy-acrylic double-layered structure for displaying excellent properties, and in which an organic solvent content can be minimized. A resin dispersion of a cationic electrodeposition includes an aqueous dispersion prepared by the following processes. The resin dispersion includes a cationic electrodeposition resin, deionized water, an acid for neutralization, a reaction product of manganese phosphate and an acid diluted in an deionized water to 10%, and a cationic surfactant. The cationic electrodeposition resin can be prepared in the presence of an organic solvent from (a) a cationic electrodeposition synthetic resin produced by an epoxy-amino addition reaction (b) an acrylic cationic electrodeposition resin having an amino group (c) a fatty acid ester resin synthesized by an esterfication reaction of styrene-allylalcohol copolymer and fatty acid and (d) blocked polyisocyanatecuring agent. The cured film has an epoxy-acrylic double-layered structure to give a high functionality, for improving properties such as weather-resistance, yellowing resistance, etc.

摘要： A speech recognition system for a mobile terminal includes an acoustic variation channel unit and a pronunciation channel unit. The acoustic variation channel unit transforms a speech signal into feature parameters and Viterbi-decodes the speech signal to produce a varied phoneme sequence by using the feature parameters and predetermined models. Further, the pronunciation variation channel unit Viterbi-decodes the varied phoneme sequence to produce a word phoneme sequence by using the varied phoneme sequence and a preset DHMM (Discrete Hidden Markov Model) based context-dependent error model.

摘要： An organic electroluminescence display has data, gate, and signal lines arranged on a substrate. Pixel regions are defined by the gate and signal lines. Switching elements provided in the pixel regions are electrically connected to the signal lines and the gate lines. Switching blocks open and close an electrical connection between the signal lines and the pixels. A driving unit drives the switching elements by supplying scanning signals to the gate lines. The driving unit also supplies a first control signal before the scanning signals are supplied and a second control signal when the scanning signals are supplied. The second control signal makes the switching blocks sequentially conductive, during which time image signals are supplied to the data lines. The first control signal permits the signal lines to be set at a predetermined voltage.

摘要： Disclosed are a cationic electrodeposition coating composition and a process for preparing the same in which the dried coating film of the electrodeposition paint has an epoxy-acrylic double-layered structure for displaying excellent properties, and in which an organic solvent content can be minimized. The cationic electrodeposition coating composition having a resinoid dispersed into an aqueous medium comprises a cationic electrodeposition resin and an organic solvent of less than 2.0 percent by weight based on a dispersed solution of the cationic electrodeposition resin. The cationic electrodeposition resin can be manufactured by means of a mixture comprising (i) 40-60 percent by weight of a cationic electrodeposition synthetic resin which is obtained by an epoxy-amino addition reaction, (ii) 5-10 percent by weight of an acrylic cationic electrodeposition synthetic resin having an amino group, (iii) 1-3 percent by weight of a fatty acid ester resin synthesized by an ester exchange reaction of styrene-arylalcohol copolymer and fatty acid, and (iv) 30-50 percent by weight of a blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent. The coating layer formed by means of the electrodeposition coating has improved properties with respect to an appearance, weather resistance, yellowing resistance, and hardness.
