摘要: Provided are a method for preparing an oligomer and an apparatus for preparing an oligomer. The method for preparing an oligomer includes performing an oligomerization reaction by feeding a feed stream containing a monomer to a reactor; feeding a first discharge stream of the reactor to a first separation device, and feeding a second discharge stream of the reactor to a second separation device; feeding a lower discharge stream of the second separation device to a third separation device; feeding an upper discharge stream containing the monomer of the third separation device to a monomer dissolution device and dissolving the upper discharge stream in a solvent fed to the monomer dissolution device; and feeding a discharge stream of the monomer dissolution device to the reactor.

The method and the apparatus provide reduced investment costs and improved economic feasibility as there is no need to use a refrigerant at a very low temperature or install a separate compressor to recover and reuse the unreacted monomer in an oligomer production process.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing butadiene and a device for preparing the same. According to the present invention, when butadiene is prepared by oxidative dehydrogenation of butene, unlike conventional methods, in which nitrogen is used as a diluent gas and an absorption method is used to separate butadiene from reaction products, butane is used as a diluent gas and a condensation method, in which butadiene is liquefied and separated from reaction products using a low-temperature refrigerant or cooling water, is used. In addition, an absorption method of recovering all hydrocarbons from an upper stream generated in a condensation process is used, so that loss of hydrocarbons is minimized. Therefore, the method and device of the present invention may provide high-purity butadiene while reducing raw material costs, production costs, and energy consumption, thereby improving economic efficiency of processes.

摘要: A method of preparing butadiene and a device for preparing the same. The method includes passing reaction raw materials containing butene, oxygen, steam, and a diluent gas through an oxidative dehydrogenation reactor, and oxidative dehydrogenation is performed therein to produce a reaction product separating water from the reaction product condensing hydrocarbons to produce a crude hydrocarbon mixture; and separating butadiene from the crude hydrocarbon mixture, where a gas containing n-butane remaining after the butadiene is separated is fed into the oxidative dehydrogenation reactor, and butane is used as a diluent gas. Because butane is used as a diluent gas, a C4 mixture and gas products may be easily separated through cooling and condensation processes. Thus, the method may increase productivity while reducing energy consumption and raw material costs, thereby improving economic efficiency.

According to the present invention, since butane is used as a diluent gas, even when a refrigerant belonging to a grade lower than a very low temperature refrigerant is used, a C4 mixture and gas products excluding butadiene may be easily separated, and loss of active ingredients may be minimized, which may increase productivity while reducing raw material costs, thereby improving economic efficiency. In addition to these advantages, when the method and device of the present invention are used, high-purity butadiene may be safely prepared.
