Abstract: Provided are a touchscreen display device, a touch driving circuit, and a pen touch sensing method. Sensing processing on a pen signal is performed in a different manner, depending on whether or not a gate line, through which a gate signal having a variable voltage is applied, overlaps with a common electrode selected as a sensing target. Even in the case in which an abnormal noise voltage is induced in the common electrode by panel interior noise while pen touch sensing is being performed during display driving, pen touch sensitivity is prevented from being reduced.

Abstract: A touch display panel and a touch display device are discussed. A data voltage, supplied to subpixels corresponding to a touch electrode, has a polarity pattern configured to minimize the cumulative transition value of the data voltage. Noise in touch sensing signals, caused by the transition of the data voltage, can be prevented, and touch sensing performance can be improved. A data voltage having polarities opposite to those of a previous frame is supplied in every specific frames, or some subpixels of a frame are set to have opposite polarities. Deteriorations in subpixels, caused by inversion driving for improving touch sensing performance, can be prevented.

Abstract: A touch display device, a data driving circuit, and a driving method are provided. The touch display device, the data driving circuit, and the driving method convert an image digital signal into an image analog signal in response to a gamma reference voltage which is applied to the touch electrodes arranged in the display panel and which is modulated in synchronization with a first touch electrode driving signal swinging with a first amplitude and output a data signal corresponding to the converted image analog signal to the data lines. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively simultaneously perform display and touch sensing.

Abstract: A touch display device, a microcontroller, and a driving method. During touch driving, no phase difference is generated among a plurality of pulse signals generated by a display panel, a printed circuit board, etc. Unnecessary parasitic capacitance is prevented from occurring between a touch electrode, to which a touch-sensing driving signal is applied, and surrounding other electrodes. Touch sensing performance is improved, and display performance is improved.
