Abstract: A touch display device can include a touch electrode implemented using a material and disposed on a transmissive area of a subpixel. The touch electrode can be disposed easily in a display panel which a transmittance is high. Furthermore, a short circuit prevention electrode can be disposed between a second electrode of a light-emitting element and the touch electrode to reduce a defect occurrence of the touch electrode in a process, and various types of touch sensing function can be provided or a performance of a touch sensing can be improved by using the short circuit prevention electrode as an electrode performing a certain function.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch display device including a substrate, a pixel area in which at least one subpixel is disposed, a first touch sensor area located on a first side of the pixel area, a second touch sensor area located on a second opposing side of the pixel area, at least one pixel electrode disposed in the pixel area, a first electrode disposed in the first touch sensor area, and a second electrode disposed in the second touch sensor area. As the first electrode and the second electrode include a metal included in the at least one pixel electrode, the touch display device can provide an effect of reducing the thickness of a display panel even though a touch sensor is embedded in the display panel.

Abstract: A touch display device includes a substrate defining an active area and a non-active area around the active area; a touch pad in the non-active area; a plurality of signal lines; a signal line insulation layer; first electrodes; at least one noise reduction electrode on the signal line insulation layer and in a portion other than the area corresponding to the first electrodes; a second electrode over the plurality of first electrodes and the at least one noise reduction electrode; an encapsulation layer on the second electrode; touch lines on the encapsulation layer and connected to the touch pad; and touch electrodes on the encapsulation layer and electrically connected to at least one touch line. The encapsulation layer has a sloped surface between the touch pad and the touch electrodes, and the touch lines are arranged on the sloped surface of the encapsulation layer having a corresponding slope.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, as a portion of a touch routing line is disposed on an area surrounded by a touch electrode line on an active area and is electrically connected to the touch electrode line, the touch routing line can be disposed on the active area while reducing an influence of a noise. Thus, as an additional arrangement of the touch routing line and a free adjustment of a connecting point of the touch routing line become possible without an increase of an area for arranging the touch routing line, a load by the touch routing line and a difference of a sensitivity according to positions of the touch electrode line are reduced and a performance of a touch sensing can be improved.
