    Abstract: A transparent touch display device according to embodiments of the disclosure may comprise a substrate including a pixel area, a first transmissive area positioned on a first side of the pixel area, and a second transmissive area positioned on a second side of the pixel area, a driving transistor disposed in the pixel area, an anode electrode disposed in the pixel area, positioned on the driving transistor, and electrically connected with a source electrode or drain electrode of the driving transistor, a light emitting layer positioned on the anode electrode, a display cathode electrode positioned on the light emitting layer, a first touch cathode electrode disposed in the first transmissive area and positioned on a first side of the display cathode electrode, a second touch cathode electrode disposed in the second transmissive area and positioned on a second side of the display cathode electrode, an encapsulation layer disposed on the display cathode electrode, the first touch cathode electrode, and the second touch cathode electrode, and a first touch line overlapping the display cathode electrode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch display device including a substrate, a pixel area in which at least one subpixel is disposed, a first touch sensor area located on a first side of the pixel area, a second touch sensor area located on a second opposing side of the pixel area, at least one pixel electrode disposed in the pixel area, a first electrode disposed in the first touch sensor area, and a second electrode disposed in the second touch sensor area. As the first electrode and the second electrode include a metal included in the at least one pixel electrode, the touch display device can provide an effect of reducing the thickness of a display panel even though a touch sensor is embedded in the display panel.

The first touch bridge is coupled with the first touch cathode electrode. The second touch bridge is separated from the second touch cathode electrode, and the second touch line and the second touch cathode electrode are separated from each other.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes a shield electrode disposed between a touch electrode and a display electrode, by not disposing the touch electrode and the shield electrode on a part of an area overlapping with a data line, thus direct and indirect coupling by the data line can be reduced and a crosstalk by a coupling between a touch signal and a display signal can be reduced. Furthermore, in the case that the shield electrode is disposed on a layer where a connecting pattern connecting between the touch electrode and the touch line is disposed, by maintaining an arrangement of the shield electrode on some area where the data line is overlapped and the touch electrode isn't disposed, thus an effect of a coupling reduction can be provided while maintaining a noise blocking performance of the shield electrode stably.

    Abstract: A display device can include a substrate in which a plurality of pixels each including an emissive area and a transmissive area is disposed. The display device can further include a touch electrode in the transmissive area, and a plurality of first touch connection lines extended in a first direction and electrically connecting the touch electrodes respectively disposed in the pixels adjacent to each other. Further, the display device can include a reference line on the substrate in the emissive area and extended in a second direction different from the first direction, and a plurality of touch lines extended in the second direction in the emissive area and disposed on a plurality of insulating layers covering the reference line. Furthermore, the display device can include a planarization layer covering the plurality of touch lines, and a plurality of light emitting diodes on the planarization layer in the emissive area.
