Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of transmitting uplink (UL) data by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes the steps of: based on the UE transmitting the UL data on a first UL resource of a configured grant (CG) con-figuration based on a Hybrid-ARQ (HARQ) process, starting a CG retransmission timer for the HARQ process and a CG timer for the HARQ process; based on a second UL resource of the CG configuration not being configured between an expiration time point of the CG retransmission timer and an expected expiration time point of the CG timer, stopping the CG timer upon expiration of the CG retransmission timer; and performing retransmission of the UL data based on the HARQ process after the expected expiration time point of the CG timer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for handling pre-configured UL resources based on LBT procedure in wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving information for UL resource configuration from a network, in a state that the UE is configured with at least one serving cell operating in an unlicensed spectrum; performing LBT operation for transmission of uplink data by using the UL resource, wherein the UE starts counting a number of failures of the LBT operation once the UE is not allowed to use the UL resource for transmission of uplink data during the LBT operation, and when the number of failures of the LBT operation reaches to the maximum number of LBT failure, stopping using the UL resource.

In particular, the method includes the steps of: based on the UE transmitting the UL data on a UL resource of a configured grant (CG) configuration based on a Hybrid-ARQ (HARQ) process, starting a CG timer for the HARQ process; based on retransmission of the UL data based on the HARQ process not being performed until expiration of the CG timer, determining that a transmission of the UL data is not successful; and performing retransmission of the UL data based on the HARQ process after the expiration of the CG timer.

Abstract: A method for performing a random access (RA) procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises: selecting a uplink carrier for the RA procedure between a first uplink carrier for a serving cell and a second uplink carrier for the serving cell; and performing a first random access preamble (RAP) transmission for the RA procedure through the selected uplink carrier. Selecting the uplink carrier comprises: selecting the first uplink carrier when a downlink signal quality of the serving cell is less than a first threshold, and selecting one of the first and second uplink carriers randomly when the downlink signal quality of the serving cell is equal to or above the first threshold.

Abstract: In the present disclosure, a UE transmits a random access preamble (RAP) on a physical random access channel (PRACH) and a common control channel (CCCH) service data unit (SDU) on a physical uplink channel (PUSCH). The UE receives a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) based on transmitting the RAP and the CCCH SDU. The MAC PDU may include a MAC PDU associated with a contention resolution identity (CRID) in the MAC PDU. The UE determines whether a MAC SDU is present or not in the MAC PDU, based on the MAC SDU indicator associated with a CRID in the MAC PDU in a state in which the CRID matches the CCCH SDU.
