    摘要: The gearbox comprises a case, a stationary rod supported by the case, a gear selector fork mounted slidably on the stationary rod and an end-of-travel bush mounted on the stationary rod so as to provide an axial abutment surface for the gear selector fork. The gear selector fork includes a sheet-metal body forming integrally a pair of support plates each having a respective guide through-hole. One of the guide through-holes is provided with a guide bush formed by means of overmoulding of low-friction plastic and is guided along the stationary rod. The other guide through-hole has no guide bush and is guided along a smaller-diameter portion of the end-of-travel bush.

    摘要: The propulsion system includes an internal combustion engine, an electric machine and a double-clutch transmission with a clutch unit and a mechanical gearbox. The gearbox has two coaxial primary shafts intended to be torsionally connected each to a shaft of the internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle by a respective friction clutch of the clutch unit, as well as a secondary shaft and a lay shaft arranged parallel to the two primary shafts. The electric machine is permanently kinematically connected to either of the two primary shafts via a first gear train including a pinion mounted on an output shaft of the electric machine, an intermediate gearwheel mounted on an intermediate shaft and a gearwheel mounted on the primary shaft and acting as driving gearwheel of a second gear train of the gearbox associated to one of the gears, in particular to the second forward gear. The gearbox further includes a casing and the electric machine is inserted and fixed into a seat formed by that casing. An outer surface of a stator of the electric machine forms a spiral-shaped profile which serves as cooling circuit for the electric machine and is closed on the radially outer side by an inner cylindrical surface of the seat, in such a manner that the channels of the cooling circuit are defined between the spiral-shaped profile and the inner cylindrical surface.

    摘要: The gear selector fork comprises a body forming a pair of support plates having respective coaxial through-holes for supporting the fork slidably along a stationary rod of the gearbox, a pair of prongs fixed to the body and forming at their distal ends respective actuating portions able to operate a sliding coupling sleeve of the gearbox, and an actuating nose fixed to the body so as to impart to the fork the sliding movement along the stationary rod for engagement of the desired gear. The body and the prongs are formed so as to allow two forks with identical body and prongs to be mounted on the same stationary rod being superimposed at least partially in the direction of sliding along the stationary rod. The prongs are welded to one of the support plates of the body and extend on the same side as the zone where they are welded to the body, relative to the axis of the through-holes.

A plurality of gear selector devices rotatably couples each of the freely rotatable gear wheels with the shaft on which it is mounted, and, at least one rotatable actuator drum, for controlling the selector devices, having a plurality of cam tracks. The selector devices include respective fork-like actuator members and each has a cam follower element engaged in a respective cam track of the respective actuator drum. Each pair of cam tracks adjacent to each other provided on an actuator drum controls fork-like actuator members which are associated to different secondary shafts and which have the can follower elements thereof engaged on the drum in positions angularly spaced with respect to each other.
