    摘要： A brake assembly for reducing the rotational velocity the spinning basket of a food spinning device applies a frictional force to an annular ridge on the lid of the spinning basket. A brake button movably disposed in a cover of the spinning device includes flexible pinching arms having cam surfaces. The cam surfaces of the flexible pinching arms extend through a guide aperture, thereby causing the pinching arms to flex toward each other when the brake button is depressed and to apply the frictional engagement to the annular ridge.

    摘要： A utility knife which includes a feature for presenting a user with a replacement blade holder containing replacement blades when the separate halves of the knife body, referred to as handle portions, are opened to expose an interior cavity is disc losed. A pivotable latching lever selectively movable between a latched position and an unlatched position permits the two handle portions to pivot relative to one another about a pivot axis when the lever is in the unlatched position so that the replacement blade holder may be presented to the user. The disclosed utility knife having a replacement blade holder and a latching lever is capable of very economic manufacture, yet is dependable in operation.

    摘要： The invention is directed to a data storage device that includes a host connector to facilitate attachment to a host computer so that the host computer can access one or more storage elements within the device. The data storage device includes a flexible member to mechanically and electrically couple the host connector of the device to a housing that holds the storage elements. The housing may comprise a receptacle for insertion of the host connector when the device is not coupled to a host computer. The flexible member may define a length and a flexibility sufficient to allow the host connector to be inserted into the receptacle in the housing. When the host connector is inserted into the receptacle in the housing, the data storage device forms a loop, allowing the device to be attached to items or objects or possibly worn as jewelry.
