摘要： There is disclosed a magnetic recording medium which are not only excellent in chemical and magnetic stability, durability and traveling reliability but also has a good time index function. The magnetic recording medium according to the present invention includes a non-magnetic substrate and a magnetic layer formed on the non-substrate, the magnetic layer being composed mainly of .gamma.--Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 and having a coercive force of 25 to 33 KA/m, a residual magnetic flux density of not less than 130 mT and a thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 .mu.m, wherein the magnetic recording medium has a total thickness of not more than 6 .mu.m, and is capable of recording thereon and/or reproducing therefrom a low frequency signal.

摘要： A disc device has a movable mechanism used for moving a carriage carrying a disc so that the carriage either projects from an apparatus or is inserted into the apparatus. The disc carried by the carriage is exposed for an operator to handle the disc when the carriage projects from the apparatus. The disc carried by the carriage is contained in the apparatus after the carriage has been inserted into the apparatus. A rotating unit rotates the disc carried by the carriage and an accessing unit accesses the disc carried by the carriage. The disc device is incorporated into the apparatus. A locking mechanism locks the carriage in the apparatus, and a releasing unit causes the locking mechanism to release locking of the carriage in the apparatus. The releasing unit causes the rotating unit to stop rotating of the disc and also causes the accessing unit to stop accessing the disc, prior to each time the releasing unit causes the locking mechanism to release locking of the carriage in the apparatus. The locking mechanism is contained in the carriage.

An O-ring as a sealing member of the vacuum chamber is positioned between the peripheral edge surfaces.

摘要： A compact size tape cassette including a pair of brake mechanisms associated with supply and take-up reel hubs for simultaneously locking the reel hubs in position against rotation relative to a housing. The brake mechanisms are interlocked such that a releasing operation of one brake mechanism is transmitted to the other brake mechanism for causing synchronized release of the brake mechanisms. The take-up reel hub is provided with annular flanges, and the brake mechanisms include abutments which selectively prevent locking pawls from moving into a space between the flanges. An oblique actuating surface is provided for contacting a brake releasing pin. The mechanisms further include an inspection and adjustment slot as well as a cam engageable by the supply reel hub for temporarily releasing the supply reel hub when the supply reel hub is lifted.

摘要： The invention relates to hemoglobin-containing liposomes in which an aqueous solution of hemoglobin is incorporated comprising liposome membrane mainly composed of hydrogenated phospholipids of hydrogenation ratio of 50% or more and an aqueous hemoglobin solution containing hemoglobin in a concentration of 30-60% (w/v). The method of preparation involves dissolving liposome membrane-forming lipids in an organic solvent, removing the solvent from said solution, adding an aqueous hemoglobin solution to the residue, subjecting the mixture to a shaking or an ultrasonication to give a uniform suspension, applying gas pressure to said suspension to allow said gas to permeate throughout said suspension and then subjecting said suspension to high pressure-delivery through fine openings. It is preferred that viscosity of the aqueous solution is 10.sup.2 -3,000 cP (20.degree. C.) and the inert gas pressure is 80-130 kg/cm.sup.2.
