    Abstract: A touch display panel includes a first patterned metal layer and a second patterned metal layer. The first patterned metal layer includes a first signal line and one or more first segments. The second patterned metal layer is disposed above the first patterned metal layer and includes a second signal line and one or more second segments, wherein the one or more second segments are electrically connected to the one or more first segments such that the one or more first segments and the one or more second segments collectively form at least a part of a touch sensing line.

    Abstract: A touch panel module including a touch panel area and a non-touch panel area is provided. The touch panel module includes a touch panel. The touch panel is located in the touch panel area. The touch panel senses a touch gesture by using a plurality of first and second sensing electrodes. At least one part of the first sensing electrodes is located in the non-touch panel area. Another one part of the first sensing electrodes and a whole of the second sensing electrodes are located in the touch panel area. The touch gesture touches the touch panel module to generate a touch area. A touch position corresponding to the touch gesture on the touch panel is determined based on a ratio of an area of the first sensing electrodes touched by the touch gesture and the touch area.

    Abstract: An electrode structure of a capacitive touch panel including a plurality of receiving electrodes and driving electrodes is provided. Each of the receiving electrodes has at least one opening. Each of the driving electrodes includes a main region and a plurality of elongation regions. The area of each driving electrode is larger than that of each receiving electrode. Parts of the receiving electrodes surround a corresponding one of the driving electrodes, and the elongation regions of the surrounded driving electrode correspondingly stretch into the openings of the receiving electrodes which surround the driving electrode. By using the foregoing electrode structure, the capacitive touch panel is not only capable of providing sensing signals with less noise but is also capable of increasing input signals to enhance the signal to noise ratio.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a noise filtering method for a touch control display device. The noise filter method includes retrieving a plurality of touch signals, wherein the plurality of touch signals correspond to a plurality of touch points of the touch control display device, selecting a plurality of environmental sensing signals from the plurality of the touch signals according to a touch threshold value, calculating a peak-to-peak value of the plurality of the environmental sensing signals, comparing the peak-to-peak value with a noise threshold value to generate a comparison result, and determining a filtering coefficient according to the comparison result in order to perform a noise filtering procedure accordingly.
