Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe joint made of resin used for laying pipes in which a high-purity liquid, ultra pure water or the like flow. According to the pipe joint of the present invention, a sealing surface pressure is generated in both axial and radial directions, providing thereby an excellent sealing property for a long period, and facilitate controlling a torque for fastening a pushing ring. The pipe joint made of resin according to the present invention comprises a joint body having a receiving port, a cylindrical portion, an annular groove portion and a stepped surface. An inner ring forcedly inserted by the pushing ring is provided with an outer projection, an inner projection and an annular recessed portion. On at least one portion among axially opposed portions of each surface, an axial sealing portion is disposed. On at least one portion among radially opposed portions of each surface, an radial sealing portion is disposed. The joint body, the inner ring and the pushing ring are individually made of an optional synthetic resin selected among PFA, PTFE, ETFE, CTFE, and ECTFE.
Abstract:
A bellows that is extendingly and contractingly deformable in the axial direction is placed in a pump body and forms a liquid chamber inside the bellows. A suction portion and a discharge portion are formed in an inner bottom face of the pump body facing the liquid chamber. Liquid is sucked from the suction port into the liquid chamber by extension of the bellows, and the liquid in the liquid chamber is discharged from the discharge portion by contraction of the bellows. The extending and contracting portion of the bellows which is configured by forming ridge-like folds and valley-like folds in a vertically alternate and continuous manner is formed into a shape in which the lower one of upper and lower lamella portions of each of the ridge-like folds, or the lower lamella portion is inclined downwardly toward the axis defining the axial direction, not only in an extending state but also in a contracting state. Even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, therefore, the sedimenting material can be prevented from sedimenting and stagnating in the extending and contracting portion of the bellows.
Abstract:
A fluid device capable of preventing sediment from stagnating and accumulating in a liquid chamber of a pump when a transfer liquid containing sediment such as slurry is used, wherein a suction port (18) and a delivery port (19) and a diaphragm (7) are installed in the pump main body (1), the suction port (18) is provided in the side face of a projected tip part of the pump main body, and a suction liquid is sprayed toward a circular wall inside a liquid chamber (9), thus causing swirl flow, whereby the inside of the liquid chamber is agitated.
Abstract:
It is an object of the invention to, even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, prevent sedimenting and aggregation from occurring in a pump. As means for attaining the object, a bellows 7 that is extendingly and contractingly deformable in the axial direction is placed in a pump body 1 with setting the axis B of the bellows vertical so as to be driven to perform extending and contracting deformation, and form a liquid chamber 9 inside the bellows 7. A suction port 18 and a discharge port 19 are formed in an inner bottom face 4a of the pump body 1 facing the liquid chamber 9. Liquid is sucked from the suction port 18 into the liquid chamber 9 by extension of the bellows 7, and the liquid in the liquid chamber 9 is discharged from the discharge port 19 by contraction of the bellows 7. The inner bottom face 4a is formed into a conical shape in which the face is downward inclined as moving toward the discharge port 19. Therefore, also liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry can be always smoothly discharged toward the discharge port 19 along the downward inclined face of the inner bottom face 4a without collecting on the inner bottom face 4a of the liquid chamber.

The present invention relates to a pipe joint made of resin used for laying pipes in which a high-purity liquid, ultra pure water, a medical liquid or the like flow treated in production process in various on a side of an inner periphery thereof kinds technical fields such as production of semiconductor, medical supplies and medicines, food process, and chemical industry. A joint body is provided with a receiving port, a cylindrical portion and an annular groove portion, and an inner ring inserted by a pushing ring is provided with a cylindrical projection, a projection of the inner ring is divided into a guiding portion having a guiding surface inclining in a state of widening toward the tip thereof, on a side of an inner periphery thereof and an effective length portion having no guiding surface, a relation of a groove width A of the annular groove portion, a thickness width B of the tip of the guiding portion of the projection, and a thickness C of the effective length portion of the projection is B
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe joint made of resin which is preferably used in, particularly, piping for a liquid having high purity or ultrapure water. In the pipe joint made of resin, a pipe receiving port 11 of a joint body made of resin 1, an inner ring 3, and a pressing ring 5 form primary, secondary, and tertiary sealing portions 10, 20, and 30. The primary sealing portion 10 is formed by a pressingly contacting area between a primary seal receiving face 13 of the joint body 1 and a primary seal urging face of the inner ring 3, thereby generating a seal contact pressure in an axial direction. The secondary sealing portion 20 is formed by pressingly contacting areas between secondary seal inner and outer receiving faces 15 and 16 of the joint body 1 and secondary seal inner and outer urging faces 36 and 37 of the inner ring 3, thereby generating a seal contact pressure in a radial direction. The tertiary sealing portion 30 is formed by a pressingly contacting area between a tertiary seal receiving face 17 of the pipe receiving port 11 and a tertiary seal urging face 71 of the pipe 7, thereby generating a seal contact pressure in an axial direction. According to the invention, high skill and experience are not required in a connecting operation, and an excellent sealing property is ensured for a long term.
