    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing cross-carrier scheduling. In one aspect, a processor of a wireless device may determine whether downlink control information (DCI) received from a secondary cell schedules communications on a primary cell, and may determine cross-carrier scheduling of communications on the primary cell in response to determining that the DCI received from the secondary cell schedules communications on the primary cell. In another aspect, processor of a network device may schedule communications on the primary cell in the DCI of the secondary cell, and may perform cross-carrier scheduling of communications on the primary cell based on the DCI of the secondary cell.

    Abstract: Techniques for cross-carrier scheduling with multi-transmission and reception points (multi-TRP) and dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) may be performed. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may be configured according to configuration information for cross-carrier scheduling between a secondary cell (Scell) and one of a primary cell (Pcell) or a primary Scell (PScell). The UE may receive a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) on the Scell and a second PDCCH on the one of the Pcell or the PScell. The UE may also determine data scheduling for the one of the Pcell or the PScell for simultaneous reception of physical downlink scheduling channels (PDSCHs) and out-of-order PDSCHs or PUSCHs associated with the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH, based on the configuration information. The UE may also receive data on the one of the Pcell or the PScell according to the determining of the data scheduling.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for techniques for bandwidth part (BWP) operations when a user equipment (UE) is configured with multi-cell physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduling. A method that may be performed by a UE includes receiving, from a base station (BS), first downlink control information (DCI) indicating whether resources are allocated for at least one data channel on multiple carriers, the first DCI configuring at least one BWP configuration to be activated on the multiple carriers, interpreting the first DCI based on the at least one BWP configuration to be activated, and communicating with the BS in accordance with the first DCI as interpreted based on the at least one BWP configuration.

An example method generally includes monitoring for at least first and second downlink control information (DCI) formats for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), determining a bitwidth of a rate matching indicator field of at least one of the first DCI format or the second DCI format, and performing PDSCH rate matching for a PDSCH scheduled by a DCI of the first or second DCI format based, at least in part, on the rate matching indicator field in the DCI or a format of the DCI.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, apparatus, and computer programs encoded on a computer storage media for determining a transmit power of an uplink transmission to one or more serving cells in a secondary cell group (SCG). In one aspect, a wireless device may determine a deadline prior to the uplink transmission to the one or more serving cells in the secondary cell group. The wireless device may determine whether to perform a semi-static uplink transmission that is not scheduled by a DCI format to a serving cell in a master cell group. The wireless device may and adjust a transmit power of the uplink transmission to the one or more serving cells in the secondary cell group in response to determining to perform the semi-static uplink transmission to the serving cell in the master cell group.
