Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration, for a multicast broadcast service (MBS) single frequency network (SFN) area, indicating configuration information for one or more multicast traffic channels. The UE may receive, in accordance with the configuration, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) communication scheduling an MBS SFN data communication associated with a multicast traffic channel, of the one or more multicast traffic channels. The UE may receive the MBS SFN data communication via a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) that is associated with both SFN communications and unicast communications or that is associated with only MBS SFN communications. Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to joint-carrier scheduling using a single downlink control information (DCI) signal. The user equipment (UE) receives from a base station (BS) of a first serving cell, a downlink control information (DCI) that indicates a joint-carrier scheduling scheme. Using the joint-carrier scheduling scheme in the DCI, the UE schedules first data for communication on a first shared channel associated with the first serving cell and second data for communication on a second shared channel associated with a second serving cell.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication that indicates whether a common search space (CSS) is associated with a first type of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or a second type of PDCCH. The first type of PDCCH may correspond to a cell-broadcast PDCCH and the second type of PDCCH may correspond to a UE-specific PDCCH. The CSS may be for downlink control information (DCI) with a cyclic redundancy check scrambled by a group radio network temporary identifier (G-RNTI) that schedules a multicast and broadcast service (MBS). The UE may receive, from the base station, the first type of PDCCH or the second type of PDCCH. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing cross-carrier scheduling. In one aspect, a processor of a wireless device may determine whether downlink control information (DCI) received from a secondary cell schedules communications on a primary cell, and may determine cross-carrier scheduling of communications on the primary cell in response to determining that the DCI received from the secondary cell schedules communications on the primary cell. In another aspect, processor of a network device may schedule communications on the primary cell in the DCI of the secondary cell, and may perform cross-carrier scheduling of communications on the primary cell based on the DCI of the secondary cell.

Abstract: Techniques for cross-carrier scheduling with multi-transmission and reception points (multi-TRP) and dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) may be performed. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may be configured according to configuration information for cross-carrier scheduling between a secondary cell (Scell) and one of a primary cell (Pcell) or a primary Scell (PScell). The UE may receive a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) on the Scell and a second PDCCH on the one of the Pcell or the PScell. The UE may also determine data scheduling for the one of the Pcell or the PScell for simultaneous reception of physical downlink scheduling channels (PDSCHs) and out-of-order PDSCHs or PUSCHs associated with the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH, based on the configuration information. The UE may also receive data on the one of the Pcell or the PScell according to the determining of the data scheduling.

The DCI includes at least one FDRA field indicating RBs for the uplink transmission or the downlink transmission. The apparatus communicates with the UE based on the cross carrier schedule configured by the DCI.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, apparatus, and computer programs encoded on a computer storage media for determining a transmit power of an uplink transmission to one or more serving cells in a secondary cell group (SCG). In one aspect, a wireless device may determine a deadline prior to the uplink transmission to the one or more serving cells in the secondary cell group. The wireless device may determine whether to perform a semi-static uplink transmission that is not scheduled by a DCI format to a serving cell in a master cell group. The wireless device may and adjust a transmit power of the uplink transmission to the one or more serving cells in the secondary cell group in response to determining to perform the semi-static uplink transmission to the serving cell in the master cell group.
