Abstract:
The invention provides an optical touch system, including a camera having a lens and an image sensor to capture an image of a touch object on the image sensor through the lens, an active light source for lighting the touch object, and a processor for determining the distance between the touch object and the camera according to the size of the image or the brightness of the image on the image sensor, determining the direction of the touch object according to the position of the image on the image sensor, and calculating the position of the touch object
Abstract:
A method of automatically triggering scanning operation through specific motion includes steps as follows. A specific motion trajectory of a scanning device is sensed to determine whether the scanning device is moved along a predetermined path. If so, an image sensor of the scanning device is switched on. A determination is made as to whether the scanning device is moved down to a lower position. If so, the image sensor of the scanning device is switched off.
Abstract:
An overhanging touch control system and a method thereof are provided. The overhanging touch control system includes a touch surface, a first overhanging transceiver circuit, a second overhanging transceiver circuit, and a controller, wherein the first and second overhanging transceiver circuits are disposed at different edge positions on the touch surface, and their detection ranges overlap. The first overhanging transceiver circuit detects a first initial image upon initialization and a first real-time image after initialization. The second overhanging transceiver circuit detects a second initial image upon initialization and a second real-time image after initialization. The controller determines whether a reflective object is present at the detection range of the first overhanging transceiver circuit based on the first real-time image, and determines whether the reflective object is present at the detection range of the second overhanging transceiver circuit based on the second real-time image.
Abstract:
A touch control system is provided and connected to a display surface, including a stylus and at least two sensing devices. The stylus includes a housing, a first opening, a second opening, a contacting member, and a reflecting member. The housing has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The first opening is formed at the first end. The second opening is formed between the first end and the second end. The contacting member protrudes from the first opening. The reflecting member is disposed in the housing, situated between the first opening and the second opening, and connected to the contacting member. When the contacting member contacts the display surface and moves along a direction from the first opening toward the second opening, the reflecting member is exposed to the second opening and reflects a light signal emitted from the sensing devices.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an inter-device communication transmission system and a method. The inter-device communication transmission system includes a first-communication platform disposed in a first electronic device and a second-communication platform disposed in a second electronic device. When the first electronic device installs an application program, the first-communication platform selectively transmits the application program to the second-communication platform, so that the second-communication platform can install the application program. When the second electronic device executes a function of the application program, the second-communication platform transmits a command corresponding to the function to the application program installed in the first electronic device through the first-communication platform, and the command is executed by the application program to retrieve data. The first-communication platform transmits the data to the second-communication platform, and the second-communication platform transfers the data to the application program in the second electronic device for display of the data.
Abstract:
A keyboard device includes an operation surface. One long side of the operation surface is referred to as a proximal side, which nears a user operating the keyboard device; and the other long side is referred to as a distal side. A key unit is positioned on the proximal side, wherein the key unit includes a plurality of keys. A camera module is positioned on the distal side. An angle between a border of a field of view of the light sensor and the operation surface is set at a particular angle thus user's hand lays outside the field of view of the light sensor when the user is manipulating the key unit.
