    摘要: A moisture sensitive resistive element includes a substrate made of an electrically non-conductive material, first and second electrodes deposited on the substrate in a spaced relation to each other, and a moisture sensitive film deposited on the substrate covering both the first and second electrodes. The moisture sensitive film is formed by a material given by a formula: [--CH(C.sub.6 H.sub.4 SO.sub.3 X)--CH.sub.2 --].sub.n wherein X is any one of a hydrogen atom, metal atom, ammonium, urea, triethylenediamine, tetramethyleneguanidine and hexamethylenediamine, or formed by a mixture of the above material with a hydrophilic polymer which is any one selected from a group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose and polyamide resin.

    摘要: To prevent evaporated flux from being attached to rotation axes of motors which rotate fans positioned in a preheating zone, a main heating zone and a cooling zone and being solidified, the evaporated flux is efficiently and surely collected with the flux liquefying before the flux is solidified and having fluidity.A drain portion 20 constituting a flux collection apparatus 10A is formed at a side of a motor base 16 opposed to the fan and at a circumferential portion of the rotation axis 14. A surface of the drain portion 20 opposed to the fan is formed as an inclined surface 20A which is inclined from a level position of the motor base 16 to a discharge port 46 provided at a back side of the motor base 16. The flux collected to a center portion of the motor base 16 by the rotation drive of the fan is flown to the drain portion 20 formed in the center portion of the motor base 16, is flown along the inclined surface 20A and contained into a collection container 34 from the drain portion 20 through the discharge port 46, a drain pipe and a pipe 48.

    摘要: An improved emission spectral analysis method and apparatus for analyzing a sample by causing discharge and light emission between the sample and the counter electrode, spectroscopically dispersing the spectral lines peculiar to the elements, and measuring the wavelength and intensity of each spectral line. The discharge is caused in such a way that the surface of the sample facing the counter electrode is made to almost parallel to the light gathering axis of a spectroscope. Consequently, spectral lines which are not affected by the light of the sample itself and vapor can be gathered into the spectroscope and the background variation of the spectral lines can be reduced. In addition, light is gathered in a plurality of directions, so that the analysis accuracy can be improved and the lower determination limit can be expanded.
