Abstract: Techniques and solutions are provided for facilitating the definition and use of virtual environments. Typically, virtual environments require manual linking of virtual environment components, such as locations, avatars to be displayed, avatar interactions, and actions to be taken upon a selected interaction. This is in addition to actions to define, for example, a visual representation of a virtual location or an avatar. Disclosed techniques provide standardized data objects that can represent components of a virtual environment and relationships between such components. For example, aspects of a virtual environment can be predefined, and a user can configure the virtual environment with particular avatars and particular avatar content (such as media to be rendered for that avatar). In particular aspects, components of a virtual environment, such as avatars, can be determined at runtime, included based on attributes associated with a particular user for whom the virtual environment is to be rendered.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed to provide recommendations based on sensor data. The system may include a dynamic customer profile data store that contains electronic records. Each record may be associated with a customer and include a customer identifier and a value for each of a set of customer traits derived from sensor data. A data envelopment analysis platform may access information about a first customer from the dynamic customer profile data store and utilize data envelopment analysis to calculate efficacy scores for the set of customer traits. A recommendation engine may then generate a customer recommendation for the first customer based on the values of each of the set of customer traits and the efficacy scores. Information about a customer action associated with the customer recommendation may be fed back to the data envelopment analysis platform.

Abstract: A method may include applying, to various factors contributing to a sentiment that an end user exhibits towards an enterprise software application, a first machine learning model trained to determine, based on the factors, a sentiment index indicating the sentiment that the end user exhibits towards the enterprise software application. In response to the sentiment index exceeding a threshold value, a second machine learning model may be applied to identify remedial actions for addressing one or more of the factors contributing to the sentiment of the end user. Abstract: A method for machine-learning based process flow recommendation is provided. The method may include training a machine-learning model by at least processing training data with the machine-learning model. The training data may include a matrix representing one or more existing process flows by at least indicating actions that are performed on a document object to generate a subsequent document object. An indication that a first document object is created as part of a process flow may be received. In response to the indication, the trained machine-learning model may be applied to generate a recommendation to perform, as part of the process flow, an action to generate a second document object.
