[Solution] A medical device management system is provided that includes a plurality of devices connected to a surgical network, and an information processor configured to change settings of one or more devices out of the plurality of devices via the surgical network. The information processor acquires two or more pieces of information related to the plurality of devices and changes at least one of the settings of the plurality of devices on the basis of the two or more pieces of information.

[Object] To propose a control apparatus, a control system and a control method which are capable of causing another light source to adaptively emit light at a timing at which light emitted from one light source changes.[Solution] A control apparatus including: a light source control unit configured to control light emission of a second light source on the basis of profile of light emitted from a first light source and a synchronization signal for synchronizing a timing between the first light source and the second light source for radiating light on a surgical region.

[Object] To improve accuracy of determination of a disparity for medical image processing.[Solution] There is provided a medical image processing device including: a region determination unit configured to determine a non-living body region in a visual field by using a region-determination image showing the visual field that is same as a visual field that a disparity-determination image shows; and a disparity determination unit configured to determine at least a disparity to be applied to the non-living body region by using a result of the determination of the non-living body region performed by the region determination unit and the disparity-determination image.

[Object] To improve work efficiency with respect to work using a transparent object, such as a transparent operation tool, for example.[Solution] An image region where an object exists as a target region is detected on the basis of a second captured image, when a first captured image is a captured image obtained by selectively receiving a light of a first wavelength band, and the second captured image is a captured image obtained by selectively receiving a light of a second wavelength band, the captured images being obtained by capturing the object that is transparent for the light of the first wavelength band and is opaque for the light of the second wavelength band. Subsequently, an outline of the object is superimposed on the first captured image on the basis of information of the target region detected by the target detecting unit.
