Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 5th (5G) generation or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4th (4G) generation communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, an operating method of a terminal in a wireless communication system includes receiving sidelink feedback control information (SFCI) from other terminal, identifying a resource region for transmitting the SFCI to a base station, and transmitting control information comprising the SFCI and uplink control information (UCI) to the base station in the resource region.
