    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE).The present invention relates to a method of transmitting configuration information, a method of detecting control channel resources, and devices therefor. The transmission method comprises: configuring, for each coreset, control channel resources on a time unit of a scheduling unit (SU); transmitting configuration for the resources of control channel on the time unit of the SU, wherein control channel resources belong to the coreset containing a plurality of continuous or discontinuous frequency-domain physical resource blocks available to transmit a downlink control channel. The detection method comprises: receiving configuration for the resources of control channel on a time unit of an SU; performing blind detection of a downlink control channel for a user on the time unit of the SU according to the configuration information. The present invention can flexibly configure control channel resources and reduce blind detection of a control channel by a terminal, thereby attaining reduction of power consumption caused by blind detection of the control channel by the terminal and load equalization.

The present disclosure discloses a method for reporting channel state information CSI, including: determining, by a user equipment (UE), a number of resources occupied by a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) used when calculating CSI; determining, by the UE, a number of resources used to transmit a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) used when calculating the CSI according to the number of resources occupied by the DMRS; and calculating, by the UE, the CSI according to the number of resources used to transmit the PDSCH determined, and reporting the CSI. Using the present disclosure can guarantee the performance of transmitting PDSCHs in a NR system.

Using the present disclosure can efficiently transmit UCI. The present disclosure further discloses a method for requesting random access, which comprising steps of: determining a time division duplex (TDD) uplink time-domain resource; determining, according to the TDD uplink time-domain resource, a time-domain resource used for transmitting a narrowband physical random access channel (NPRACH); determining a time-domain format for an NPRACH transmission group, the time-domain format comprising: one NPRACH transmission group comprises at least two transmission units which are discontinuous in time domain, and one transmission unit comprises one or more NPRACH symbol groups which are continuous in time domain; and, determine time-domain resource used for transmitting NPRACH to transmit an NPRACH transmission group in the time-domain format. Compared with the prior art, in the present disclosure, a time-domain position for transmitting an NPRACH is designed according to the characteristics of TDD uplink time-domain resource, so that a random access process can be deployed within an LTE band or an LTE guard band; moreover, since an NB-IoT communication system based on TDD is used, a higher utilization rate of system spectrum resources is achieved.

The present disclosure determines the mapping relationship between the gNB set ID and the RIM-RS according to the received configuration information, and further transmits and/or detects the RIM-RS based on the mapping relationship, thus simplifying signaling interaction information and improving the communication flexibility of the RIM-RS with multiple functions. The base station includes: a transceiver, configured to transmit signals and/or receive signals; and a processor, configured to: control the transceiver to receive a physical signal transmitted by a second base station and perform interference measurement based on the received physical signal; and control the transceiver to report an interference measurement result to the second base station or a management center, to cause the second base station to perform interference coordination for at least the first base station based on the interference measurement result reported by the first base station or configuration by the management center.
