摘要: The disclosure relates to a fifth generation (5G) or sixth generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by user equipment (UE) in a communication system is provided. The method includes receiving first configuration information related to positioning signal, determining a first frequency band and a second frequency band based on the first configuration information, determining resource configuration information of a third frequency band based on the first frequency band and the second frequency band, and transmitting and/or receiving the positioning signal based on the resource configuration information of the third frequency band.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by a UE in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving configuration information for a positioning signal, wherein the configuration information includes at least one of time domain information or frequency domain information related to frequency hopping, and wherein the frequency domain information includes at least one of information related to a frequency hopping BWP or information related to a frequency hopping RB; and transmitting the positioning signal based on the configuration information.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a fifth generation (5G) or sixth generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A communication method, a user equipment (UE), a base station, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes receiving, by a UE, information related to physical random access channel (PRACH) resources, determining available PRACH resources in an energy saving state and/or non-energy saving state of a base station, and then transmitting a PRACH to the base station based on the available PRACH resources and the state of the base station. The method may reduce the amount of PRACH resources to be monitored by the base station, thereby achieving the purpose of saving power on the base station side.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for RACH re-attempt, a user equipment and a base station. The method comprises the steps of: by a base station, determining system configuration information and transmitting the system configuration information to a user equipment; and then, by the user equipment, transmitting a preamble sequence to perform random access, and if the random access is failed, performing RACH attempt according to the received RACH re-attempt configuration information to perform random access until a preset decision condition is satisfied. The embodiment of the present invention is used for RACH re-attempt when random access fails.
