An electronic device can include a display, a communication interface comprising communication circuitry, and a processor comprising processing circuitry. The processor can be configured to receive a plurality of images comprising a first image and a second image in a first order from an external electronic device using the communication circuitry of the communication interface, arrange the first image and the second image in a second order based on first property information corresponding to the first image and second property information corresponding to the second image, and arrange and display the first image and the second image in the second order through the display.

Provided are an electronic device and method for performing an operation based on proximity of an external object with respect to the electronic device. In an embodiment, an electronic device includes a plurality of sensors including first, second, and third sensor sets. A processor configured to determine a proximity state of an external object using the first sensor set, wherein the proximity state indicates whether the external object exists near the electronic device and includes a first proximity state and a second proximity state. In response to the external object being in the first proximity state, determine a detailed proximity state of the external object using the second sensor set, and in response to the external object being in the second proximity state, determine the detailed proximity state of the external object with respect to the electronic device using the third sensor set.

A method of operating a terminal using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution includes: installing an application, requesting for registration by a license key received from an Enterprise License Management (ELM) server, receiving a Right Object (R/O) that corresponds to the license key and comprises a permission list, setting at least one permission based on the permission list comprised in the received R/O, and performing the set permission. A terminal using MDM comprises an MDM application configured to control an installed application to acquire a required permission, a ELM agent configured to request for registration by a license key from an ELM server, and receive a R/O that corresponds to the license key and comprises a permission list, and an ELM permission enforcer configured to set at least one permission based on the permission list comprised in the received R/O.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method are provided for data transmission and reception of a mobile terminal, which seamlessly provide data transmission and reception between the mobile terminal and a multipoint communication device. The method includes requesting, by the mobile terminal, data sharing from another mobile terminal, for sharing of data transmitted and received to and from the another mobile terminal; receiving approval of the request for the data sharing from the another mobile terminal; establishing a channel connection between the mobile terminal and a sharing device for the sharing of the data; and transmitting and receiving the data to and from the sharing device through the channel.
