Abstract:
A MEMS microphone includes a case having sidewalls, a top wall, and an opened bottom; a PCB attached to the bottom of the case; a MEMS chip, which is arranged on the PCB and includes an inner-MEMS space; and at least one sound hole formed through a surface of the case for introduction of external sounds, wherein an internal communicating unit which forms a sound path via which the sound hole and the inside-MEMS space communicate with each other is arranged inside the case such that external sounds introduced via the sound hole pass through the sound path and enter the inner-MEMS space.
Abstract:
A mobile communication apparatus is provided. The mobile communication apparatus includes an information receiver to receive, from a serving base station, target base station information corresponding to at least one target base station located in a neighboring cell, and a controller to examine the target base station information and to perform a handover to the at least one target base station based on whether the at least one target base station supports a multi-band, and whether the at least one target base station provides a broadcast service.
Abstract:
Provided is a multimedia broadcast and multicast service controlling apparatus and method based on a user location. The multimedia broadcast and multicast service controlling apparatus may receive MCCH information, may periodically update a service list of a mobile terminal based on the received MCCH information, the service list listing services that are providable, may register a service in a pending list when the service is not included in the updated service list and is requested to be provided, and may provide the service registered in the pending list when the mobile terminal reaches a location where the mobile terminal may provide the service registered in the pending list.
Abstract:
A sense-amp transistor for a semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. A sense-amp transistor for a semiconductor device includes a recess array formed in a gate region of a sense-amp, a plurality of buried gates formed in each recess of the recess array so as to form a vertical channel region, and an upper gate configured to form a horizontal channel region in an active region between the buried gates. As a result, the number of additional processes is minimized, and the sensing margin of the sense-amp is guaranteed.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a system and a method for receiving an MBMS broadcasting service. In the present invention, in a mobile communication/wireless communication system, an MBMS service is provided by synchronizing a unicast bearer with a multicast bearer through scheduling information mapping at the time of transmitting a broadcast/multicast service through a unicast. Further, the present invention presents even a method for improving quality of experience (QoE) of the service by providing the MBMS service through the multicast bearer and the unicast bearer simultaneously. According to the present invention, MBMS services of various service qualities can be provided depending on wireless quality of a terminal or the capability of the terminal at the time of providing the MBMS service.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for receiving MBMS services from a base station supporting multi-carriers, including: receiving first system information including information on all the carriers; receiving second system information including information on multi-carriers supported by the base station; receiving MBMS control information through an MBMS control channel; and receiving the MBMS services through an MBMS transmission channel based on the MBMS control information.
Abstract:
There is provided a readout integrated circuit for an infrared signal that is able to operate at low power and reduce a pixel pitch without the use of a skimming capacitor.
Abstract:
A door opening/closing device for an ice dispenser is disclosed. The door opening/closing device includes a DC motor 1 which is rotated in forward and reverse directions, a 2-staged spur gear 3 meshed with a worm gear 2 installed on a driving shaft, a 3-staged spur gear 4 meshed with the 2-staged spur gear 3, and a fan-shaped output gear 5 meshed with the 3-staged spur gear 4 and rotated in forward and reverse directions by interconnection of the motor 1 and the gears 2, 3 and 4. If the output gear 5 is rotated in the forward direction, a rod-shaped boss 5a pushes and rotates a link lever 6a to press a coil spring 8 wound around an opening/closing link 6 and thus open a door 7. If the output gear 5 is rotated in the reverse direction, the coil spring 8 is released from a pressurized state, and the rod-shaped boss 5a rotates in the reverse direction while abutting against the link lever 6a, so that the door 7 is closed without generating impact and sound.
Abstract:
A data transmission method of a Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS) system is provided. The data transmission method includes scheduling multimedia data including a plurality of sub-frames to be transmitted for each of a plurality of scheduling intervals, generating scheduling information, and transmitting, in advance, the scheduling information to a terminal, so that the terminal may selectively receive a plurality of sub-frames corresponding to a first scheduling interval, based on the scheduling information.
Abstract:
Provided is a method and apparatus for scheduling a radio access to reduce a channel zapping delay. The radio access scheduling method may receive abstract information with respect to all of currently receivable channels at each channel scheduling interval, and may receive the abstract information in advance and provide the abstract information when a channel change request is received, and thereby reduce the channel zapping delay.
