    摘要: An ink jet recording head includes a recording element substrate having energy generating means for generating energy in accordance with an electric signal, and an electrode portion for receiving the electric signal to be supplied to said energy generating means; an electric line member including an opening in which said recording element substrate is contained, an electric line extending toward an inside of the opening and connected to said electrode portion, an inclined electric wiring extending in a direction crossing with said electric line and contacted to said recording element substrate, wherein said electric line member is disposed above a surface, having the electrode, of said recording element substrate, wherein the inclined member extends in a direction of an arrangement of a plurality of such electric lines, and constitutes an inclined surface descending from said electric wiring toward the surface of said recording element substrate.

    摘要: This invention provides a continuous hot rolling process for making thin strip in which it is possible to roll strips at high rolling speeds required to keep a finisher delivery temperature equal to or higher than an Ar.sub.3 transformation temperature. The gist of the present invention resides in a continuous hot rolling process in which the rolling speed of a final finishing mill is kept constant or slightly increased until the leading end of rolled strip travels from the final finishing mill to a down coiler which process comprises: rolling a predetermined length of the leading end portion of a stock being rolled in accordance with a strip thickness greater than a finished thickness; then reducing the strip thickness to the finished thickness by gauge alteration in rolling; and subsequently rolling the following portion.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for an ink jet recording head. The method includes the steps of preparing a recording element substrate, preparing an electric wiring member, preparing a sealing material discharging member, and applying a sealing material. The ink jet recording head is constructed to provide a first gap between a recording element substrate and an inner edge of a hole. The first gap is larger than a second gap between the recording element substrate and an opposite inner edge of the hole measured along the same line. The sealing material is applied while moving the sealing material discharging member, along the line, from a portion of an electric wiring member adjacent to the first gap, across the first gap, across the electrical connection portions, across the second gap, to a portion of the electric wiring member adjacent to the second gap.
