    摘要: A manufacturing method for an ink jet recording head. The method includes the steps of preparing a recording element substrate, preparing an electric wiring member, preparing a sealing material discharging member, and applying a sealing material. The ink jet recording head is constructed to provide a first gap between a recording element substrate and an inner edge of a hole. The first gap is larger than a second gap between the recording element substrate and an opposite inner edge of the hole measured along the same line. The sealing material is applied while moving the sealing material discharging member, along the line, from a portion of an electric wiring member adjacent to the first gap, across the first gap, across the electrical connection portions, across the second gap, to a portion of the electric wiring member adjacent to the second gap.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for an ink jet recording head, includes preparing a recording element substrate provided with energy generating means for generating energy for ejecting liquid, two opposing sides opposed to each other, an electrode portion disposed along a side sandwiched between the opposing sides to supply electric power to the energy generating means; preparing an electric wiring member provided with wiring leads for supplying electric power to the electrode portion from an outside, the electric wiring member being provided with sides opposed to the opposing sides of the recording element substrate and to the side sandwiched between the opposing sides; forming an electrical connecting portion at least one of the opposing sides by connecting the electrode portion and the wiring lead with each other; providing a gap L1 between one of the opposing sides of the recording element substrate and the side of the electric wiring member opposing the one of the opposing sides, and providing a gap L2 between the other one of the opposing sides and the side of the electric wiring member opposing the other one of the opposing sides, wherein the gap L1 is larger than the gap L2, and wherein the electrical connecting portion is interposed between the gap L1 and the gap L2; and supplying a sealing material in a direction from the gap L2 toward the gap L2 through the electrical connecting portion.

    摘要: The liquid jet recording head includes a recording element substrate provided with a discharge port, and an electrode portion receiving a signal for controlling the discharge of the liquid droplet from the discharge port; a flexible wiring member provided with an opening, a flying lead protruding from the peripheral edge of the opening, and a film covering a portion of the flying lead; a sealant covering an electrical connection between the electrode portion and the flying lead; and a supporting member to which the recording element substrate and the flexible wiring member are attached. The film overhangs along the extension direction of the flying lead to the recording element substrate from the peripheral edge of the opening to form a void between the side surface of the recording element substrate and the supporting member, thereby partitioning the void from the electrical connection.

The ink-absorber container includes a first housing containing a portion of the ink absorber and a second housing containing a remaining portion of the ink absorber which is not contained in the first housing.     摘要: A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery system includes a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a charging control system which has a function of detecting the voltage of the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery and disconnecting a charging circuit. The non-aqueous electrolytic solution contains a non-aqueous solvent having a viscosity of 0.6 cP or less at 25° C. in an amount of 35 to 80 vol % inclusive as a non-aqueous solvent and also contains hexamethylene diisocyanate, and the charging control system stops charging when the potential of the positive electrode of the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is 4.35 to 4.6 V inclusive based on lithium. Thus the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery system equipped with the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having high charging potential and excellent high-temperature cycling characteristics can be provided.
