    摘要: The present invention provides a thermosensitive recording medium with excellent color developing sensitivity, moist heat resistance and plasticizer resistance, as well as excellent heat resistance, background coloring, light resistance and the like in the printed image.A diphenyl sulfone derivative containing a hydroxyl group on one end and an alkoxy group on the other end has a higher melting point than the one containing hydroxyl groups on both ends. As a result, the thermosensitive recording medium obtained using the diphenyl sulfone derivative as the color developing agent in the thermosensitive color developing layer has excellent heat resistance. However the color developing sensitivity of the thermosensitive recording medium generally declines simultaneously, when a color developing agent with a high melting point is ordinarily used. The thermosensitive recording medium of the present invention that uses a combination of the diphenyl sulfone derivative and a specific phenol derivative in the thermosensitive color developing layer has a good color developing sensitivity and an improved balance among the properties such as moist heat resistance, plasticizer resistance and the like.

The present invention is a thermosensitive recording medium having a thermosensitive recording layer containing at least a colorless or pale colored basic leuco dye and an electron accepting developing agent as a coating layer on a substrate, wherein at least an outermost layer among the thermosensitive recording layer and other optionally prepared coated layers contains powdered cellulose, wherein the powdered cellulose is prepared by a dry grinding process at ambient temperature. The thermosensitive recording medium preferably contains a condensate composition comprising 2,2′-methylenebis(4-t-butylphenol) as an electron accepting developing agent, and a cross-linked diphenylsulfone compound such as 2,2′-bis[4-(4-hydroxyphenylsulfone) phenoxy]diphenylether as a stabilizer.

    摘要: A buffer memory capable of storing contents of a plurality of tracks of a disk volume is provided in a disk controller or a disk drive, and in dump processing requested by a higher rank unit (CPU) to the disk controller, the data is immediately transferred from the buffer memory if the data to be dumped is present in the buffer memory, and if the data to be dumped is not present in the buffer memory, dump prefetching into the buffer memory is started and the execution of the dump processing is interrupted so that an on-line input/output operation other than the dump processing is accepted. When the dump prefetching into the buffer memory is over, the interrupted dump processing is resumed.
