    摘要: A solenoid valve having a magnet assembly and a valve cartridge includes a capsule and a valve insert connected to the capsule. An armature, that is movably disposed within the capsule, includes a tappet having a locking element and a main sealing element. A valve body having a main valve seat is pressed into the valve insert, wherein a magnetic force generated by the magnet assembly axially moves the armature against the force of a return spring and plunges the main sealing element into the main valve seat in a sealing manner. The valve body includes an open end which acts as a spring support for the return spring, wherein the return spring is disposed outside of a fluid flow path present between the opened main valve seat and at least one radial downstream opening in the valve body.

    摘要: The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert, and having a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet that is guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a locking element which includes a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention, the valve insert is configured as a slotted bushing, having a collar integrated onto the second end of the valve insert in order to increase an outer diameter and a shape stability of the valve insert.

    摘要: The invention relates to a magnetic valve having a magnetic assembly and a capsule. An armature is disposed in the capsule and a valve insert is inserted in the capsule. A tappet is guided in a displaceable manner within the inner bore of the valve insert and sealingly immerges in a sealing seat. The valve insert is arranged at a distance from the armature via an adjustable air gap. According to the invention, the sealing seat is arranged in a sleeve which itself is disposed inside the capsule. The sleeve has at least one opening through which adjusting elements act upon the valve seat in order to regulate the magnetic flux generated by the magnetic assembly. The air gap between the valve insert and the armature is variable, whereby the adjusting elements either move the valve insert in axial direction towards the armature in order to increase the magnetic flux or move the valve insert away from the armature in order to reduce the magnetic flux.
