摘要: A faucet includes a spout; a sprayhead that is moveable relative to the spout between a docked position and an undocked position; a magnet associated with the spout and having a bore; and a magnetically responsive collar associated with the sprayhead and moveable relative to the magnet in an axial direction as the sprayhead moves between the docked and undocked positions. In the docked position, magnetic forces between the magnet and the collar attract a center of the collar to align with a center of the magnet in the axial direction with the collar in the bore of the magnet.

摘要: A throttling valve formed by introducing an elongate tubular body into a tubular member through which fluid is flowing. The tubular body is provided with first and second ends, the first end being adapted for engaging a flow control device and the second end having a beveled end that enables fluid communication between the tubular member and the tubular body. The tubular body is provided with a tapered stem, the outside diameter of the stem proximate the first end of the tubular body being greater than the outside diameter of the stem proximate the second end, for seating against the opening in the end of the tubular member and effecting a seal between the outside surface of the stem and the margin of the opening in the tubular member. An elastomeric or other seal may be mounted on the outside surface of the stem for this same purpose.

摘要: A brake pipe fitting tool includes a first hydraulic pipe wrench, a second hydraulic pipe wrench, a connecting portion and a handle portion. The first hydraulic pipe wrench has a first jaw defining a first hydraulic pipe insertion opening. The second hydraulic pipe wrench has a second jaw defining a second hydraulic pipe insertion opening. The connecting portion connects the first hydraulic pipe wrench to the second hydraulic pipe wrench such that the first hydraulic pipe wrench and the second hydraulic pipe wrench are fixedly and rigidly connected to one another and spaced apart from one another by a predetermined distance. The first hydraulic pipe insertion opening and the second hydraulic pipe insertion opening are parallel to one another and aligned with one another. The handle portion is rigidly fixed to one of the first hydraulic pipe wrench, the second hydraulic pipe wrench or the connecting portion.

摘要: An alignment device for coupling a liquid drug cartridge with a longitudinal cartridge axis and a constricted neck portion with a cap and a piercable septum distal from the neck portion with an adapter is presented. The septum is perpendicular to the cartridge axis. The device comprises an adapter cannula with a longitudinal cannula axis to pierce the septum and a proximal cartridge engagement structure for axial aligned engagement with a distal end section of cartridge body. The device further comprises a distal adapter engagement structure for axial aligned engagement with the adapter. A coupling of the cartridge with the adapter is enabled via the alignment device. The adapter and the cartridge are, during the coupling, aligned by the cartridge engagement structure and the adapter engagement structure, respectively relative to each other such that the longitudinal cartridge axis and the longitudinal cannula axis form a common longitudinal axis.
