摘要： A sealed vessel is formed by heat-sealing a lid to a flanged vessel proper while forming a coating of a composition prepared by dispersing a small amount of an acid-modified olefin resin in a thermosetting resin on one of the faces to be heat-sealed and forming an olefin resin layer on the other face to be heat-sealed. The heat-sealed portion of this vessel has excellent heat resistance and excellent pressure resistance, and opening in the heat-sealed faces can be easily accomplished by hands.

摘要： A conference system includes a terminal that displays a document presented by a presenter in a conference and that is capable of receiving writing inputs from a participant for enabling exchange of opinions, and a document storage unit that stores the document used in the conference and the written information. The document storage unit stores image data of respective pages of the document, shared overwrite data for each page including shared written information written by the presenter or participants, and personal overwrite data for each participant provided for each page and including personal memo information written by the participant. The terminal includes a read unit that selectively reads out from the document storage unit, concerning each page, the image data of the presented document, the shared overwrite data, and a participant's personal overwrite data, and a display controller that overlaps the read-out data and displays the overlapped data on a display.

The ATM controller performs the processing of an ATM layer and an AAL layer between a terminal and an ATM network, and comprises cell transmit control means for transferring a packet from a terminal side to an ATM network side while segmenting the packet into data cells, cell reception control means for reassembling data cells received from the ATM network side into a packet and transferring the packet to the terminal side, a rewritable memory for storing a firmware, and a microprocessor for performing a cell analysis and the processing corresponding to the analysis result.

摘要： A database apparatus to realize faster processing for data including a plurality of elements such as objects by conducting the loading and storing process accompanying format conversion only on necessary elements. Objects in storage format in the secondary memory apparatus are written as computable format onto the cache for processing by the application program. In addition, objects in computable format in the cache are written out as storage format on the secondary memory apparatus. A first determination device determines whether invalid or valid elements are contained in at least a portion of the object held in the cache based on status information that is held in the cache. Based on the results of this determination, a second determination device determines which elements in the object are invalid or valid and for invalid elements, the corresponding elements held in storage format are converted to computable format by the loading means and written into the cache while valid elements are converted to storage format by the storage device and written out to the page cache. Furthermore, the reading and writing device writes these out to the secondary memory apparatus.

When the client process sends the data reading command to the server process, the server process reads the page specified by the command from the database file, writes the page in the sharing memory device that includes the mapped file and the page buffer and sends the offset that specifies the page within the region in the mapped file to the client process. The client process maps the logic address of the access space in its process to the region specified by the offset to enable accessing of the page written in the page buffer.
