摘要： A pressure plate is movable in an axial direction to cause multiple driving friction plates and driven friction plates to come in pressure contact with each other. The pressure plate is biased by a clutch spring in a direction to bring the driving friction plates and the driven friction plates in pressure contact with each other. When acceleration torque is changed, an assist mechanism increases the pressure-contact force of the pressure plate. A pressure plate and a clutch inner are connected together and are capable of being separated from each other in an axial direction. When an assist mechanism increases a pressure-contact force of the pressure plate, the pressure plate is moved in a direction to bring driving and driven friction plates into pressure contact with each other, while the clutch inner is moved relative to the pressure plate in the same direction so as to be detached from the pressure plate.

摘要： A fingerprint verification process system comprises analysis means for analyzing fingerprint data to determine a verification scheme for verifying fingerprint, and execution means for verifying fingerprint using the determined verification scheme. The analysis means (i) transforms a coordinate position of each searched fingerprint feature point included in the fingerprint data being searched to a coordinate position in a coordinate system based on a coordinate reference point included in the filed fingerprint data, (ii) with respect to a group of searched fingerprint feature points located around the coordinate reference point and a group of filed fingerprint feature points included in the filed fingerprint data, carries out (a) a check of the presence or absence of any singular point sprinkled in a vicinity coordinate range of the coordinate reference point which is specified in a fingerprint verification parameter, (b) a zone check of a coordinate reference point vicinity coordinate range, and (c) a quality check of a group of feature points located within a coordinate reference point vicinity coordinate range, (iii) determines which of an axis verification scheme or an alignment verification scheme is to be used.

A viewer image of a first viewer, who is watching and listening to the display information, is taken with the camera. The display information is associated with the viewer image that has been taken with the camera. The display information and the viewer image are stored in the database that is connected over a network. The server reproduces the viewer image in association with the display information. A second viewer who has watched and listened to the viewer image of the first viewer is able to know the reaction of the first viewer, and thus new communication resulted from the reaction of the first viewer can be expected.

摘要： An apparatus for drawing casting in a horizontal type continuous casting machine, which basically comprises a forward drive motor of a large capacity for driving a pair of pinch rollers in a forward direction with a large torque, a reversible constant-load motor for driving the pinch rollers in the reverse direction, a clutch for disconnectibly connecting the forward drive motor to the pinch rollers, a control circuit for engaging and releasing the clutch in response to output signals of detecting means which detect the forward and backward motions of the casting, respectively.
