摘要: Systems and methods for providing variable trick-play mode playback of media content in accordance with embodiments of the invention are disclosed. A playback device stores images of the media content associated with presentation times and marker information for the media content that indicates the presentation time of moments of interest. When a trick-play mode is invoked, the playback device determines a presentation time of a next marker in the playback. The playback device determines whether the current presentation time of the playback is within a specified range of the presentation time of the next marker and adjusts the speed of the trick-play playback based on the determination. The next frame to present is determined based on the adjusted speed of the trick-play playback and displayed.

摘要: Methods, devices, and systems for segmenting and annotating videos for analysis are disclosed. A user identifies specific moments of the video that provide a teachable moment. A pre-context and a post-context portion of the video surrounding the identified moment are used to create a tile video. One or more tile videos are compiled in a user-defined order to generate a weave video with a specific focus or theme. The generated weave video is shared with one or more users and can be annotated to facilitate teaching and/or discussion.

The apparatus or system further includes: a memory module temporarily storing the real-time image by a processing time for the arbitration module to process digital image data provided by the second type of image input module, an image encoding module compressing and encoding the digital image data, and changing a processing speed to perform a process of compression and encoding more in real time.

摘要: Systems and methods for the optimized allocation of content within a universe of inventory are described. For example, a method may include receiving content comprising at least one characteristic and at least one goal. A universe of inventory may be accessed that comprises a plurality of targets which may be assigned into a plurality of segments based on at least one demographic vector. An allocation optimization model may be generated based on the at least one content characteristic, the at least one goal and the plurality of segments. The content may be presented to the targets based on the allocation optimization model. Viewing data may be received that comprises data associated with target consumption of the content and the allocation optimization module may be re-optimized based on the viewing data. Additional factors, such as resource constraints and/or filtering rules, may be used when re-optimizing the allocation optimization module.

After the constructing the audio presentation, these systems, methods, and apparatuses can configure the real-world venue as outlined in the audio presentation to playback the composite audio program within the real-world venue. As part of this constructing, these systems, methods, and apparatuses can identify audio control signals that configure the real-world venue to playback the audio presentation through real-world loudspeakers within the real-world venue.

摘要: Embodiments are directed to a snap point segmentation that defines the locations of selection snap points for a selection of video segments. Candidate snap points are determined from boundaries of feature ranges of the video indicating when instances of detected features are present in the video. In some embodiments, candidate snap point separations are penalized for being separated by less than a minimum duration corresponding to a minimum pixel separation between consecutive snap points on a video timeline. The snap point segmentation is computed by solving a shortest path problem through a graph that models different snap point locations and separations. When a user clicks or taps on the video timeline and drags, a selection snaps to the snap points defined by the snap point segmentation. In some embodiments, the snap points are displayed during a drag operation and disappear when the drag operation is released.
