    摘要： A clamp assembly (10) is provided which can include first and second clamp halves (16, 18) with a base (50) mounted in each clamp path. The base has a cylindrical inner surface (54) which can clamp a cable thereto for strain relief. Alternatively, a flexible insert (86) having a plurality of cylindrical cavities (102) opening through the outer surface (100) thereof can receive a number of cables (12) to be clamped in the clamp assembly for strain relief. In another version, a plurality of nested inserts (106-116) can be provided on each base (50) allowing the selection of a particular insert dimension suitable the cable to be secured.

    摘要： A hose-end sprayer has a selectively rotatable rotary valve received within the transverse bore of a housing which includes a carrier liquid inlet passage, a chemical liquid inlet passage and a discharge passage. The valve has a carrier liquid duct and a chemical liquid duct opening into the carrier duct for interconnecting the inlet passage in a first rotative position of the valve, and the valve is capable of closing the inlet passages in a second rotative position of the valve. The rotary valve is selectively rotatable in a third position for interconnecting the liquid passage only with the discharge passage in a rinse position of the valve. Container venting is isolated from a valve chamber in which the rotary valve operates to avoid entry of carrier liquid into the container through the open vent in the ON position of the valve upon its selective rotation.

    摘要： An aspiration-type sprayer assembly adapted for being coupled to both the end of the hose and to a chemical container has a housing including a carrier liquid inlet passage, a chemical liquid inlet passage and a discharge passage. The cylindrical rotatable valve within the housing has a carrier liquid duct and a chemical liquid duct opening into the carrier duct for interconnecting the inlet passage in a first rotative position of the valve, and the valve is capable of closing the inlet passages in a second rotative position of the valve. The rotatable nozzle versus the discharge in selective directions, and the assembly is capable of being manipulated by the provision of a handle grip. An anti-siphon assembly is provided at the coupling between the sprayer housing and the water hose end to avoid pressure and back flow from the sprayer. And chemical/water mix can be exchanged substituting the various tube retainers having different size inlet ports.

    摘要： A trigger actuated pump sprayer has a discharge valve assembly located in the discharge barrel of the pump body which includes a filler for reducing the volume of the discharge barrel thereby displacing the air therein whereupon the strokes-to-prime ratio of the pump required during initial pumping for discharging pressurized liquid along the barrel and through the orifice at a nozzle end thereof, is improved. Also the discharge valve assembly may be shiftable along the length of the discharge barrel in response to pressure and return strokes during pumping, a downstream end of the assembly engaging a spin mechanics element at the nozzle end to therewith define a variable volume suction chamber in communication with the discharge orifice for withdrawing product therefrom during each pumping suction stroke.

    摘要： A trigger actuated pump sprayer has a reduced number of parts to render it low cost without compromising any pump function. A combined inlet/discharge valve unit is located in a liquid passageway leading from the inlet end of the pump body. The unit has a pair of axially spaced apart frusto-conical valve skirts diverging outwardly from the common stem on which the valve skirts are provided. The valve skirts straddle a pump chamber port, and the unit may be mounted in place by a dip tube retainer or the retainer may be eliminated with the unit coupled to the pump body itself, fixed in the passageway directly by the dip tube, or made integral with the unit. The trigger actuator has an integral piston return spring, the actuator being fixed to the pump body, and the trigger lever of the actuator being coupled to the pump piston.
