The invention relates to culture conditions and methods that allow reproducible production of high titers of filamentous bacteriophage. Culture media comprising high titers of filamentous bacteriophage, as we methods of producing high titers of filamentous phage on a large scale are encompassed.

In some embodiments of the present invention, methods of using one or more small spot showerhead apparatus to deposit materials using CVD, PECVD, ALD, or PEALD on small spots in a site isolated, combinatorial manner are described. The small spot showerheads may be configured within a larger combinatorial showerhead to allow multi-layer film stacks to be deposited in a combinatorial manner.
Abstract:
A system including a transmitter, a receiver, and a conduit is provided. The transmitter is within a first network, and is in communication with at least one other device within the first network. The receiver is within a second network, and is in communication with at least one other device within the second network. The conduit is formed between the transmitter and the receiver, and is capable of carrying a signal transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver. To maintain the unidirectional nature of the conduit, either the transmitter is incapable of receiving any signal via the conduit or the receiver is incapable of transmitting any signal via the conduit.
