The hydrohalosilacyclohexane are finally reacted with organometallic compounds having a group, Q', of the type indicated below ##STR3## to obtain silacyclohexane compounds of the general formula ##STR4## wherein Q' and Q have, respectively, the groups indicated hereinabove.
