摘要： A liquid film applicator means can apply a photosensitive lyophobic film 18 to a substrate 16. An exposure unit 10 is placed on the back side of the substrate and forms the lyophobic film applied on the substrate into a pattern in alignment with gate electrodes 13. A dropping unit 55 drops a test liquid to a surface of the substrate having a pattern of the lyophobic film formed by the exposure means. A measuring means 58 detects the droplet dropped by the dropping unit. A determining means determines whether the pattern of the lyophobic film formed by the exposure means is proper or not based on the droplet detected by the detecting means.

摘要： Notches 23e are filled with part of an elastic material that is injection-molded in a region containing the notches 23e, so that a plate member 23b is taken in by the notches 23e through the repulsive force of the elastic material. Thus, the plate member 23b is secured. Further, the elastic material filling the notches 23e enlarges the joined portion between the plate member 23b and the gasket 24b. Accordingly, the gasket 24b is firmly joined to the surface of the plate member 23b, and can be prevented from being lifted up from the plate member 23b. Thus, the plate member 23b is firmly secured to the separator main body 25.

摘要： An ionic conductive polymer gel for secondary battery includes an electrolyte salt component which includes a sulfonated derivative with formula (A):LiX(SO.sub.2 R.sup.1).sub.n (A)wherein X is N, C, B, O or --C(R.sup.2).sub.m -- in which R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and m is an integer of 1 to 2; R.sup.1 a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; and n is an integer of 1 to 3; a non-aqueous solvent; and a polymer matrix prepared by polymerizing a polymerizable material comprising at least one acrylate monomer with a molecular weight of 1000 or less, in the presence of the electrolyte salt component and the non-aqueous solvent. A lithium-ion battery utilizes the ionic conductive polymer gel.
