The present invention provides a communication quality measuring device, a communication quality measurement method, and a communication quality measuring program by which the reliability and accuracy of the results of measurement carried out on a transmission path are improved, and comparisons between the results of measurement at one time and the results of measurement at another time or between one flow and another flow are made easier.The communication quality measuring device includes: a quality measuring unit (734) that measures the communication quality of a transmission path, based on data being transmitted through the transmission path; an observation time calculating unit (738) that calculates a time interval for securing an observation time for the quality measuring unit (734); and a measurement triggering unit (736) that causes the quality measuring unit (734) to start measurement at the time interval calculated by the observation time calculating unit (738). The observation time is the time required for maintaining predetermined measurement accuracy in the communication quality measured by the quality measuring unit (734). The data are the data to be transmitted for test to the transmission path, for example.

The present invention relates to a method for producing an α-form titanylphthalocyanine represented by the formula (1): which has a peak at a Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) in X-ray diffraction spectrum with CuK α-ray: 7.5°, 10.2°, 12.6°, 13.2°, 15.1°, 16.3°, 17.3°, 18.3°, 22.5°, 24.2°, 25.3° and 28.6°, wherein the method includes steps of: (I) subjecting a crude titanylphthalocyanine having an α-form polymorph to an acid pasting treatment, and then filtering and washing with water to give a water-containing wet cake, and then subjecting the wet cake to drying and crushing to give a low crystalline titanylphthalocyanine; (II) adding a dispersing aid to the low crystalline titanylphthalocyanine and dispersing at room temperature, in DMF, to prepare a polymorph; and (III) filtering, washing, and drying under a reduced pressure. The present invention consists in a provision of a method for conveniently producing the α-form titanylphthalocyanine having a peak at a Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) in X-ray diffraction spectrum with CuK α-ray: 7.5°, 10.2°, 12.6°, 13.2°, 15.1°, 16.3°, 17.3°, 18.3°, 22.5°, 24.2°, 25.3° and 28.6°, wherein a crude titanylphthalocyanine having an α-form polymorph is used as a starting material, as well as a provision of an electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising a charge generating material of the α-form titanylphthalocyanine which has excellent photosensitive characteristics.

An object of the present invention is to provide a new μ-oxo bridged heterometal compound, which can make the photo-functional materials to have diversified properties, and a production method such that the μ-oxo bridged heterometal compound is obtained simply, selectively and with high yield. The present invention provides μ-oxo bridged heterometal compounds, NcM1-O-M2Nc, PcM1-O-M2Nc and NcM1-O-M2Pc wherein Nc represents naphthalocyanine, Pc represents phthalocyanine, M1 represents a metal atom which is able to have a valence of up to three, and M2 represents a metal atom which is able to have a valence of four or five.

Provided is a quality-deteriorated part analyzing system capable of analyzing a quality-deteriorated part in a network while increasing the degree of freedom of precision (coverage ratio, sectioning divisions, etc.) independently of the number and installation locations of devices transmitting and receiving flows. Path calculation means 71 determines paths, each passing through one or more directed links between nodes in the network and being regarded as a target of communication quality measurement, and generates a path table which indicates directed links included in each communication quality measurement target section. Quality measurement means 74 measures communication quality based on the flows corresponding to the paths determined by the path calculation means. Analysis means 75 analyzes a communication quality-deteriorated part in the directed links in the network based on the path table and the communication quality.

A loop detecting device is provided which is capable of detecting a loop packet or a loop flow with less processing load. A sorting means 82 classifies packets from each of which information is extracted by a packet information extracting device, based on first predetermined information included in packet information, counts the number of the classified packets for each first predetermined information, and specifies first predetermined information in which a count result reaches greater than or equal to a first threshold value. A determining means 83 determines whether each packet having the first predetermined information specified by the sorting means 82 is a loop packet or whether each flow specified by the first predetermined information is a loop flow by using second predetermined information included in the packet information received by a receiving means 81 with the first predetermined information specified by the sorting means 82 as a target.

An importance degree judging section determines the importance degree of a flow by referencing data for judging the degree of importance in the Z-list. An E-list stores statistics data on a flow having a high degree of importance of monitoring. A change judging section makes a judgment on change according to the importance degree of the flow and the importance degree in the E-list. An integral quality calculating section totalizes the qualities of the normal packet information that was measured in a normal packet quality measuring section and the statistics information that was measured in a statistics information quality measuring section and records the total in a quality result section.
