摘要： A fluorine-containing elastomer composition, which comprises (A) a fluorine-containing elastomer consisting of a copolymer comprising (a) tetrafluoroethylene, (b) perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) or perfluoro-(alkoxyalkyl vinyl ether), and (c) a cyano group-containing perfluorovinyl ether, (B) a cross-linking agent, and (C) spherical silica, wherein the spherical silica is high purity amorphous silica particles obtained by calcining metallic silica powders, and cooling the resulting vaporous silicon oxide. The present fluorine-containing elastomer composition can provide seal materials having distinguished processability, product appearance, plasma resistance, etc. by the cyano group-containing perfluoroelastomer having a good heat resistance and only silica as contained therein.

摘要： There is provided a multistage push-on switch used in input operation sections in various electronic apparatuses. In particular, there is provided a push-on switch in which a first-stage switch turns on with an operation force lower than conventionally achievable and the resultant on-state is easily retained. The push-on switch is configured such that movable contact (7) having projecting segment (11) permanently connected with outer contact (41) is accommodated in recess (21A) of switch enclosure (21), on which sheet (50) with center through hole (50A) for movable contact (7) is placed. The push-on switch also includes metal cover (13) with a cover terminal. Metal cover (13) is attached to switch enclosure (21) such that pressing segment (13C) faces off against disc segment (8) of movable contact (7) corresponding to the position of the center through hole (50A) with a predetermined vertical gap between pressing segment (13C) and disc segment (8). When a very low and weak force is applied on pressing segment (13C), it comes into contact with disc segment (8) to change the state of the first-stage switch.

摘要： In a switch, an elastic member made of elastic material includes a bar section, a conical section at its upper portion functioning as a first deforming section, and a second deforming section at its lower portion. A movable contact in a switch case is pushed with the lower end portion of the second deforming section. A bar section of an elastic element projects through a central hole of a cover fixed to the switch case. In this switch, a pushing force applied to the elastic element deforms the first deforming section elastically, and then the second deforming section deforms elastically, and thus, the switch operates. The switch can absorb fluctuations due to combination of components of an electronic appliance, and stabilize its manipulation feeling through eliminating looseness of an operation button of the appliance.

摘要： A push-on switch includes a first contact plate, second contact plate, spacer, movable contact, and lid. The first plate has a projection at its center and a first terminal at its end. The second plate faces a face of the projection of the first contact plate and has an opening at its center and a second terminal at its end. The spacer is interposed between the first plate and the second plate for bonding them together. The movable contact is shaped like a dome and has a protrusion protruding downward and touches a top face of the second plate. The protrusion faces the projection of the first plate via the opening with a given space therebetween. The lid holds the movable contact and is mounted on the top face of the second plate. A push onto the movable contact reverses the movable contact downward, which allows the protrusion to touch the projection.

The switch case has a central fixed contact on an inner bottom face of its recess that has an open top, and a peripheral fixed contact. The first movable contact is curved protruding upward, and has a hole at its center. The first movable contact is disposed over the peripheral fixed contact with a space in between. The second movable contact is curved protruding upward, and is placed on the first movable contact. A pressing force for resiliently inverting the second movable contact is set greater than a pressing force for resiliently inverting the first movable contact; and two tactile feedbacks are produced by pressing from a side of the second movable contact.

The push-on switch further includes a push button having a plate portion and a tubular portion. The tubular portion extends downward from the peripheral edge of the plate portion to surround an upper portion of the elastically deformable member. The plate portion is formed with a recess on an underside thereof at its center. A bottom surface of the recess is placed on a top surface of the elastically deformable member. The push-on switch further includes a tubular case fixed to the contact substrate. The tubular case supports the tubular portion of the push button so as to be vertically movable in the tubular case.

摘要： A push-on switch includes a movable contact which has a projecting segment permanently connected with an outer contact and which is accommodated in a recess of a switch enclosure. A sheet with a center through hole for the movable contact is placed on the switch enclosure. The push-on switch also includes a metal cover with a cover terminal. The metal cover is attached to the switch enclosure such that a pressing segment faces a disc segment of the movable contact corresponding to the position of the center through hole with a predetermined vertical gap between the pressing segment and the disc segment. When a very low and weak force is applied on the pressing segment, the pressing segment comes into contact with the disc segment to change the state of a first-stage switch.
