The rubber mixture contains at least the following components: —at least one diene rubber; —at least one adhesive system; —10 to 200 phr of at least one silicic acid; and —2 to 20 phf of at least one silane of the general empirical formula I) [(R1)3Si-X]mSn(R2)2-m, where the residues R1 can be identical or different within a molecule and are alkoxy groups comprising 1 to 10 carbon atoms, cyclic d1 alkoxy groups comprising 2 to 10 carbon atoms, cycloalkoxy groups comprising 4 to 10 carbon atoms, phenoxy groups or aryl groups comprising 6 to 20 carbon atoms, alkyl groups comprising 1 to 10 carbon atoms, alkenyl groups comprising 2 to 20 carbon atoms, aralkyl groups comprising 7 to 20 carbon atoms, or halides, and where X is a polar organic group containing urea, m represents the value 1 or 2, n is an integer between 1 and 8, and R2 is a hydrogen atom or an acyl group comprising 1 to 20 carbon atoms.

摘要: Antireflective nanoparticle coatings and methods of forming the coatings on substrates are disclosed. One method for forming an antireflective coating includes depositing a nanoparticle coating layer on a substrate, wherein the nanoparticle coating layer includes a colloidal solution of nanoparticles and a solidifying material. The solidifying material includes a silica precursor. The method further includes curing the solidifying material to form silica inter-particle connections between adjacent nanoparticles and between at least some of the nanoparticles and the substrate to bind the nanoparticles to each other and to the substrate to form the antireflective coating.

A nanomaterial can be nanoparticles comprising sulfate groups disposed on at least a portion of the surface of the nanoparticles. The polymer material can be a polymer with pendant imidazolium groups. An ionic nanocomposite can be present as a film (e.g., a thin film). An ionic nanocomposite can be used in devices. A nanocomposite can be used in various coating application.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of thermally expandable thermoplastic microspheres. The process comprises, providing a mixture of monomeric materials suitable for polymerisation to form a thermoplastic polymer and at least one blowing agent, providing to the mixture a colloidal silica that is surface-modified with at least hydrophobic organosilane groups and forming an emulsion. A polymerisation is performed to form the thermally expandable thermoplastic microspheres. The invention further relates to thermally expandable thermoplastic micro spheres, expanded micro spheres and their use in the manufacture of products.

摘要: A copolyester elastomer composition is disclosed that contains a molecular weight enhancing agent that reacts with the copolyester elastomer at high temperatures. The composition of the present disclosure has excellent flow properties prior to reaction with the molecular weight increasing agent. Once an article is formed, the article can then be heated above a threshold temperature necessary for a reaction to occur between the molecular weight increasing agent and the copolyester elastomer. The reaction causes an increase in melting temperature, a decrease in hardness, and a decrease in melt volume flow rate.
