    摘要: A lever switch includes a case having a common contact and fixed contacts provided on inner wall opposite to each other. A movable contact made from elastic metal and shaped like the letter “M” has an intermediate section that comes into contact with the common contact. A first arm extends from each one of both ends of the intermediate section. Each one of the ends of the first arms forms a folding-back section, and a second arm is formed at the end of the folding-back section. A contact formed at the end of the second arm comes into contact with the inner wall of the case. Rotation of the lever slides a slider on the bottom plate of the case, and a pushing section provided at each one of both ends of the slider brings the contact into contact with the fixed contact or leaves the contact from the fixed contact.

    摘要: A combustion system for reducing an amount of air polluting substances in a combustion exhaust gas produced in a combustion furnace comprises a combustion furnace configured to produce a combustion exhaust gas upon combustion of a combustible material, wherein the combustion exhaust gas contains an amount of air polluting substances; an analyzer suitable for analyzing the combustion exhaust gas and producing an analytical signal; a conduit suitable for conducting the combustion exhaust gas from the outlet opening to the analyzer, wherein the conduit is located adjacent the outlet opening of the combustion furnace; a controller suitable for processing the analytical signal produced by the analyzer and outputting a first control signal and a second control signal, based on the analytical signal; a neutralizer supplier suitable for supplying the combustion furnace with an amount of neutralizers to reduce the amount of air polluting substances in the combustion exhaust gas, wherein the amount of neutralizers supplied to the combustion furnace is based on the first control signal outputted by the controller; and an operating condition readjuster suitable for readjusting at least one operating condition of the combustion furnace selected from the group consisting of (1) a temperature of the combustion furnace, (2) a time for combusting the combustible material, and (3) an air flow in the combustible furnace, to reduce the amount of air polluting substances in the combustion exhaust gas, wherein the at least one operating condition is readjusted based on the second control signal outputted by the controller.

    摘要: A developing device used in an image forming apparatus has a developing roller at a lower opening of a toner hopper, and the developing roller contacts a photosensitive drum to form a developing portion therebetween. The hopper stores nonmagnetic toner and is provided with a toner stirring member and a toner feed roller being in press-contact with the developing roller in a lower part of the hopper. A doctor blade contacts a circumferential surface of the developing roller on an upstream side of the developing portion in a rotation direction of the drum. A conductive scooping sheet contacts the circumferential surface of the developing roller on a downstream side of the developing portion. A residual toner not used to develop a latent image on the drum and left on the developing roller is passed under the sheet into the hopper with the rotation of the developing roller. A sheet bias voltage ranging from 0V to -250V is applied to the sheet, so that an attaching force of the residual toner to the developing roller is weakened so that the residual toner can be easily removed by the feed roller.

    摘要: Provided are cycloolefin copolymer compositions comprising a hydrocarbon elastomer component substantially free from a polymerizable double bond and a cycloolefin random copolymer component obtained by copolymerization of an .alpha.-olefin of at least 2 carbon atoms and a cycloolefin in the presence of said hydrocarbon elastomer component, said composition containing said hydrocarbon elastomer component in an amount of 1-50% by weight, and a method for preparing said cycloolefin copolymer compositions.Also provided are cycloolefin copolymer compositions comprising a hydrocarbon elastomer component having a polymerizable double bond and a cycloolefin copolymer component obtained by copolymerization of an .alpha.-olefin of at least 2 carbon atoms and a cycloolefin in the presence of said hydrocarbon elastomer component, said composition containing said hydrocarbon elastomer component in an amount of 1-50% by weight.Such cycloolefin copolymer compositions as mentioned above are excellent in transparency and mechanical strength and also excellent particularly in impact resistance.In particular, when a cycloolefin elastomer obtained by copolymerization of an .alpha.-olefin of at least 2 carbon atoms, a cycloolefin and a non-conjugated diene of 5-20 carbon atoms is used as the above-mentioned hydrocarbon elastomer component having a polymerizable double bond, the resulting copolymer compositions are excellent particularly in transparency.

An electroluminance layer (12) is formed on a main surface (11a) of a substrate (11), and the substrate (11) and the electroluminance layer (12) constitute an electro-luminance element (13). A diaphragm (15) in essentially a dome-like shape is adhered to a specified spot of main surface (12a) of the electroluminance layer (12), constituting the movable contact (16) which includes the electroluminance element (13) and the diaphragm (15). The electroluminance element (13) is molded into essentially a dome-like shape along the shape of the diaphragm (15). A spacer for placing the diaphragm (15) is eliminated, so an inexpensive movable contact in a simple structure and a production method thereof is provided.

    摘要: A lever switch includes a common contact and a fixed contact both prepared on at least an inner bottom face, or any one of inner faces of walls surrounding the inner bottom face, and a movable contact which touches or leaves at least one of the common contact or the fixed contact when a lever rotates. Terminal sections of the common contact and the fixed contact extend through walls of the housing. This structure allows the lever switch to fix those terminal sections to a wired board, thereby preventing the lever switch from coming off from the wired board. As a result, the lever switch can work with reliability.

    摘要: A panel switch for use in various kinds of electronic appliance comprises (1) a first wiring board having a switch contact formed on an upper surface thereof, a locating hole, and a screw hole, (2) a push button unit made of insulation resin having a frame connecting a movable key button for depressing the switch contact, and disposed on the first wiring board, and (3) a cover for covering the push button unit, having a locating hole and a threaded hole. The push button unit is provided with a locating boss on both of an upper surface and a lower surface of the frame. In assembling the panel switch, the first wiring board and the cover are aligned with respect to each other through the push button unit by inserting the locating bosses on the upper and lower surfaces of the frame into their respective locating holes in the cover and the first wiring board. The panel switch is mounted into an appliance by making a positioning alignment of the panel switch by inserting the locating boss of the frame of the push button unit protruding from the upper surface of the cover into a depression provided in an inner surface of the appliance.
