Abstract: The embodiments of disclosure disclose a method and device for processing information. The method includes that: according to a predefined rule, subframes of a first serving cell are divided into multiple subframe groups; a management mode is configured for each of the subframe groups; and according to the management mode configured for each of the subframe groups, information on the first serving cell is processed. By means of the embodiments of the disclosure, a problem that some downlink subframes in a serving cell cannot be scheduled is solved, and different requirements of all subframes can be met, thereby improving a performance of a system, and ensuring an efficiency of data transmission.

Abstract: Methods and devices for wireless communication are provided. An indication of a bandwidth (BWP) switch is received at a wireless device from a network node. The indication of the BWP switch is used for switching the wireless device from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part for communications between the wireless device and the network node. An effective scheduling delay is calculated by the wireless device as a sum of a scheduling delay and a delay offset. The delay offset is a time duration dedicated for the wireless device. The effective scheduling delay is used by the wireless device for a subsequent wireless data transmission between the network node and the wireless device.

A wireless communication device may receive, from a wireless communication node, a higher layer configuration. The upper limits may include a maximum number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates to be monitored per slot (M-PDDCH) and a maximum number of non-overlapping control channel elements (CCEs) per slot (M-CC). The wireless communication device may determine at least one time domain duration to apply the upper limits.
