Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to dynamically configure cell measurement triggering condition for a UE in a wireless communication network. Performed by a UE in a network, the method including: receiving cell measurement triggering information from a first network element in the network, the cell measurement triggering information comprising a set of predetermined values for a UE parameter and a set of triggering conditions for cell measurements corresponding to the set of predetermined values; determining a current value of the UE parameter for the UE; identifying a cell measurement triggering condition among the set of triggering conditions based on the current value of the UE parameter for the UE and the cell measurement triggering information; determining if the cell measurement triggering condition is met by the UE; and in response to the cell measurement triggering condition being met, performing the cell measurement.

Abstract: Provided are a data transmission method and apparatus, an information determination method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The data transmission method includes sending a paging message carrying first indication information to a second communication node, where the first indication information is used for indicating whether the second communication node is triggered to perform a mobile terminal-early data transmission (MT-EDT) procedure, and receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message carrying second indication information and sent by the second communication node.

Abstract: Techniques are described for facilitating an inter-Radio Access Technology (RAT) selection or measurement process for a dual-mode or a multi-mode device. For example, a wireless communication method includes a network node transmitting to a communication node a system information block (SIB) that includes information about Radio Access Technologies (RATs). The information includes any one or more of a first carrier priority value and a first threshold value of a serving frequency associated with a RAT, a second carrier priority value and a second threshold value of a serving cell associated with the RAT, an indicator to indicate existence of one or more additional RATs, carrier information for the one or more additional RATs, and access information to access the one or more additional RATs.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for operation in a data transmission state in an idle mode using pre-configured dedicated resources are described. An exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured dedicated resources for a communication between the network device and a terminal, and receiving a second message over the pre-configured dedicated resources, where a transmission of the second message by the terminal causes the terminal to switch from an idle state to a data transmission state in an idle mode. Another exemplary methods for wireless communication includes receiving a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured dedicated resources for a communication between a network device and the terminal, and switching from an idle state to a data transmission state in an idle mode upon transmitting a second message over the pre-configured dedicated resources.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to methods, systems, and devices related to wireless communication, and more specifically, to prolong battery life by using ultra-low power mechanism that can support low latency. A method of wireless communication, comprising receiving, by a wireless communication device, from a network device, a configuration of a low power wake-up signal (LP-WUS) in a serving cell; determining, by the wireless communication device, a reception of signals according to the configuration of LP-WUS; and wherein the signals contains a LP-WUS, a synchronization signal block (SSB) or a paging message.

Abstract: Provided are a link path processing method and device. A source cell may send a resource configuration request for requesting resource configuration information to a target cell. The source cell may receive a resource configuration response fed back by the target cell. The source cell may send a target cell link addition request for establishing a link path between the UE and the target cell to a user equipment (UE). The target cell link addition request may carry the resource configuration information. The resource configuration information may carry at least one of: a periodicity factor of a configuration resource, a periodicity granularity of the configuration resource, or a periodicity length of the configuration resource. The configuration information can be used for configuring a resource related to semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) or configured grant (CG) of the UE.
