    摘要: An electrical connector (100) having an inserting port (102) for receiving a corresponding plug, includes an insulative housing (1) and a plurality of contacts (4) retained in the insulative housing (1). Each contact (4) has a first portion (41) extending horizontally into the inserting port (102), a first bending portion (43) bending downwardly from a rear end of the first portion (41), and a second portion (42) extending downwardly from the first bending portion (43). The contacts (4) are arranged in two groups. The first portions (41) of each contact group (401, 402) are arranged in a row along a transverse direction respectively. The second portions (42) in each contact group (401, 402) are arranged in at least two rows along a front-to-back direction respectively. The first bending portions (43) of the contacts (4) in each contact group are arranged in a line along the transverse direction respectively.

    摘要: An electrical connector for abutting against a metal plate, comprises an insulative housing defining a main body and a tongue plate extending forwardly from the main body, a plurality of terminals retained in the main body and extending into the tongue plate, a metal shell shielding the insulative housing and comprising an upper wall, a pair of side walls extending downwardly from two lateral sides of the upper wall, and a bottom wall in parallel with the upper wall, and a spring member defining a securing portion fixed to the shell and a resilient resisting portion abutting against the metal plate. The securing portion defines a ceiling plate portion shielding the fingers on the upper wall, and a pair of side plate portions extending downwardly from two lateral sides of the ceiling plate portion and shielding the fingers on the respective side walls.

    摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, a set of first contacts retained in the insulative housing and a metal shell. The insulative housing includes a tongue plate with a plurality of first passageways defined thereon. The first contacts include first contacting sections received in the first passageways, first bending sections and first tail sections. The first bending sections include a plurality of first offset sections and at least one second offset section. A first slope of each first offset section is of negative number while a second slope of the second offset section is of positive number so that a space between each adjacent two first tail sections is much larger than that of the corresponding first contacting sections for easily soldering of the first tail sections.

The flexible terminal (27) has a retaining portion (270), a flexible arm (271) bent from the retaining portion (270) and a contact portion (275) formed on the flexible arm (271). The switch terminals (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) abut against the plug in a left-to-right direction. The flexible terminal (27) abuts against the mating plug in an up-to-down direction to provide a great insertion force in order to reach a good inserting or pulling feeling of the mating plug.
