The main body is configured to be connected to a circuit board. The data pins and power pins are connected to the main body and spaced from each other. Each of the power pins includes a conductive portion and an insulating portion connected with the conductive portion, and the conductive portion and the insulating portion are arranged along a width direction of each of the power pins.

摘要: An electric connection assembly for surface mounting on a circuit board comprises a soldering pin. The soldering pin has a starting portion disposed in a housing of the electric connection assembly, a middle portion, and an end portion disposed at an end of the soldering pin opposite the starting portion and contacting the circuit board. The middle portion is bent from the starting portion in a direction toward the housing and the end portion is bent from the middle portion in a direction away from the housing. An acute angle is formed between both the starting portion and the middle portion and between the middle portion and the end portion.

An edge surface (end surface part 32a) of the metal plate, which edge surface is located at an end surface facing a first ide toward an opening (23a) of the shell part (23) and which corresponds to a position of a power supply terminal (Vbus terminal 25), is shaped so as to be set back toward a second side opposite the first side.

摘要: A fine pitch high density high-speed orthogonal card edge connector includes at least one signal transmission assembly which includes a plug-in connector, a press-fit connector, and a PCB board. A side of the PCB board is provided with a row of first pads, and a side of the PCB board adjacent to the side where the first pads are located is provided with a row of second pads. Each first pad corresponds to one second pad one by one through the wiring of the PCB board. An extension line of each first pad is perpendicular to an extension line of each second pad. The plug-in connector is mounted on the side of the PCB board provided with the first pads and is connected to the first pads. The press-fit connector is mounted on the side of the PCB board provided with the second pads and is connected to the second pads.

摘要: An electrical connector includes a contact module enclosed within a metallic shielding shell. The contact module includes an insulative housing and a plurality of upper contacts and lower contact with a metallic shielding plate commonly retained in the housing. The upper contacts and the lower contacts have the corresponding contacting sections and soldering sections exposed upon the mounting surface of the housing. The shielding plate has the contacting area on the mounting surface. The shielding shell forms cotnacting legs positioned upon the contacting area for grounding.

摘要: An electrical connector includes a contact module enclosed within a metallic main shell. The contact module includes an insulative housing and a plurality of contacts retained in the housing. The housing includes a base and a tongue portion extending forwardly from the base. The main shell is formed by stamping and forming, and includes opposite first and second side walls, and a pair of end walls linking the opposite first and second side walls. The shell forms a mating cavity enclosing the tongue portion. A seam is formed on the second side wall. An adhesive layer is applied upon an exterior surface of the second side wall to cover the seam for providing a waterproof function. A metallic sub-shell is attached upon the adhesive layer.

摘要: Various embodiments of a wireless connector system are described. The system has a transmitter module and a receiver module that are configured to wirelessly transmit electrical energy and/or data via near field magnetic coupling. The wireless connector system is designed to increase the amount of wirelessly transmitted electrical power over a greater separation distance. The system is configured with various sensing circuits that alert the system to the presence of the receiver module to begin transfer of electrical power as well as undesirable objects and increased temperature that could interfere with the operation of the system. The wireless connector system is a relatively small foot print that is designed to be surface mounted.

摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulative housing and two contact modules. The insulative housing has a bottom mounting portion having a cavity opening downwardly and a mating portion, the mating portion has a central mating space and a pair of side walls on both sides of the mating space, and a plurality of contact receiving passageways defined on each side wall. Each contact module has an insulator received in the cavity and a plurality of contacts insert-molded in the insulator, each contact defines a contacting arm and a soldering portion. The insulative housing defines a pair of locating portions extending downwards from two sides of the mounting portion, the distance between the pair of locating portions is smaller than an internal diameter of the cavity, a pair of demising slots are formed on an interior side of each locating portion for the contact modules passing through.
