An operating control method of a motorized driving device of a home automation installation comprises at least one step for entering a configuration mode of the device, a step for pairing a control point with an electronic control unit of the device, a step for activating at least one selection element of the control point during a predetermined time period beginning after the pairing step and a step for entering a second standby state of a control order receiving module of the electronic control unit. The second standby state of the control order receiving module has a wake-up frequency of the control order receiving module lower than the wake-up frequency of the control order receiving module in a first standby state.

This actuator device (1) is for actuating a release member for a motor and gearbox unit for applying rotary drive to a tube for winding a closure or solar protection screen. The release member is controlled by means of a cable. The device comprises a tensioner mechanism (20, 30) for tensioning the cable (11) in an actuation direction (Fa, Fa′), at least one locking means for locking the tensioner mechanism, and at least one unlocking means (41a) for unlocking the tensioner mechanism. The unlocking means are actuatable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the actuation direction.

A device for controlling a motor unit which displaces a screening unit which includes a power supply with at least one controlled electronic switch designed to feed a regulated electrical output to the motor unit and a control loop with a circuit which detects the difference between the value of the electrical output produced by the power supply and a reference value, and wherein the reference value is selected for the electrical output as a function of input signals received by the device.
