The curtain is to be in the breakaway state associated with an unfolded condition when the lateral section in the area proximate the leading section is dislodged from the track but not folded over onto the main section. The example door also includes an unfolder to extend into the enfolded space as the leading section moves toward an open position while the curtain is in the folded condition.

    摘要: The invention relates to a rolling gate (100), in particular a high-speed rolling gate, comprising: a door leaf (110) in the form of a flexible curtain, lateral guides in which lateral edges of the door leaf (110) are received, and a drive (140) which generates a driving force for driving the door leaf (110), wherein the door leaf (110) has an elastically designed terminating element (112) on a forward edge which is tensioned between the lateral guides by means of laterally applied transverse force components.Said rolling gate (100) is in particular characterized in that the driving force of the drive (140) engages on the terminating element (112) of the door leaf (110) and thus provides the laterally applied transverse force components for tensioning the terminating element (112) of the door leaf (110) and a tension force component substantially directed in the movement direction of the door leaf (110) for closing the door leaf (110). An improved rolling gate (100) is thus achieved which has high operational reliability and represents less danger to people or objects in cases of collision.

The example door includes a retainer borne by the first track and an alignment guide associated with the first track. The example door also includes a curtain extending laterally between the first and second tracks. The curtain has a leading edge selectively movable between a closed position and an open position. The example door includes a primary projection borne by the curtain that is in guiding engagement with the retainer within the first track. The primary projection is dislodged from the track when the curtain is in the breakaway state. The example door includes a secondary projection borne by the curtain and arranged to travel outside of the alignment guide when the leading edge is traveling between the open position and the closed position.

    摘要: A door assembly having a flexible door panel wound and unwound on a drum or the like to selectively block or permit access through an opening, the flexible door panel having a stiffness, a width, and a length. The door assembly further includes vertically extending side columns disposed on opposite sides of the opening, the side columns being configured to engage a marginal edge of the flexible panel to vertically guide the panel while opening or closing. Attached to a leading edge of the door panel is a bottom bar having a greater stiffness than the door panel and a narrower width than a distance between the vertical panel guide assemblies. Bottom bar guides are disposed proximate a lower portion of the opening and are configured to engage a portion of the bottom bar only when the bottom bar is located in at least a partially closed position.

The door further includes means for detecting any contact with the curtain associated with at least one flexible reinforcing bar (13, 29), the detecting means capable of having a normal operating condition when the bar (13, 29) is rectilinear and an abnormal operating condition under the effect of a contact with the curtain (12).
