A precision handle for hand tools has a body, an elastic element, a sheath, a pressing element, and a group of balls. The mounting protrusion protrudes axially from a rear end of the body. The elastic element is mounted in the body. The sheath is mounted around the mounting protrusion. The pressing element is mounted through and engages with the sheath. The group of balls includes a first ball and a second ball. The first ball is mounted in the mounting protrusion and abuts the elastic element. The second ball is mounted between the pressing element and the first ball. The first ball abuts against the second ball at one point of contact when the pressing element is pressed, thereby decreasing the friction between the body and the sheath. Accordingly, the precision handle for hand tools can be operated smoothly and efficiently.

An adjustable prosthetic anatomical holder system may include an adjustable annuloplasty ring, a ring holder, and a positioning handle. The adjustable annuloplasty ring holder facilitates placement and adjustment of the annuloplasty ring during a cardiac surgical procedure. An optional positioning handle holds the adjustable annuloplasty ring during placement and suturing of the ring. The ring holder is constructed from two members that are slidably fit together in telescopic arrangement to accommodate adjustment of the ring size.

A hand tool includes a function head connected to an end of a shank and a plurality of positioning slots are defined in an outer surface of the shank. An end section is mounted on the shank and a positioning collar is located between the shank and the end section. The positioning collar has a positioning portion which is engaged with one of the positioning slots in the shank. The positioning collar can be deformable radially inward and so as to be disengaged from the positioning slots. A biasing member biases the positioning collar toward the positioning slots.

A driver heads barrel for a precise screwdriver includes a handle, a stem, and a cover. The handle has a chamber to accommodate a stem and screwdriver heads therein. A groove is formed close to an outer end of the chamber. A reverse cone-shaped disc is formed at an inner end of the stem. The stem has a plurality of longitudinal partitions thereof. The cover has a barrel extending downwardly from one end. A ridge corresponding to the groove of the chamber is formed on the barrel. The disc of the stem is secured into the inner end of the chamber of the handle. The screwdriver heads are accommodated between the partitions and the chamber. The barrel of the cover is inserted into the chamber with the ridge engaging with the groove. The cover is pivotally connected to the outer end of the chamber of the handle.
