摘要： A vehicle wash system is shown and described which is particularly suitable for use in in-bay washing devices, i.e., tunnels or supporting frameworks wherein vehicles are parked and washed while they are stationary. Chemical lines supply chemicals (such as detergents, waxes, etc.) to water lines, and the chemicals and water are mixed in downstream mixing modules. The mixing modules are preferably provided in the form of vessels having enlarged flow areas, and may contain baffles or other turbulence generators therein. The chemical/water mixtures leave the mixing modules in post-mix lines to which gas supply lines may be connected for the purpose of generating foam, which is then delivered in the wash bay from a downstream delivery system. The downstream foam pressure has little or no effect on upstream mixing of chemicals and water, and thus foam having highly uniform properties is generated.

摘要： A portable, fully self-contained pressure wash-down system operates in a storage mode for storing and hermetically sealing system components when the system is not in use, and works in an operation mode for allowing portable operation of the system. The system includes a container adapted to house the system and a lid connected to the container by a hinge. The lid sealingly engages a top portion of the container to store and protect system components when the system is in a storage mode. The system includes a pump disposed in the container. The pump includes a low pressure inlet for delivering low pressure water to the pump and a high pressure outlet for delivering pressurized water from the pump. The system also includes an intake line having first and second ends, wherein the first end of the intake line receives water from a water source and the second end is connected to the pump inlet. The first end of the intake may contain a filter for excluding harmful debris from the pump or other system components. The system may also include a filter between the intake line second end and pump or within the pump itself. The intake line is preferably adapted to be stored within the container when the system is in a storage mode.

The housing has an activation mechanism disposed therein in communication with the blower. The activation mechanism receives coins to activate the blower. The activation mechanism is in communication with a timer disposed interiorly of the housing whereby the timer will deactivate the blower after a set period of time. The blower has a hose coupled therewith and extending outwardly of the housing. A plurality of attachments are provided that are adapted for coupling with a free end of the hose. A first attachment portion has a vented nozzle. A second attachment portion has an angled vented nozzle. A third attachment portion has an arcuate vented nozzle.

摘要： A power spraying device is disclosed for applying a liquid to a surface. The electronic control of the device is contained within the nozzle of the sprayer and emits radio wave signals to initiate operation of the device. The radio signals are detected by a receiver which converts the radio signals into control signals for a main pumping unit. The radio waves may also control the introduction of various chemicals into the liquid solution by the main pumping unit. The nozzle also contains a deadman's switch for turning off the flow of liquid in case the unit is accidentally dropped.

摘要： A spray rinsing apparatus carried by a mobile chemical spray apparatus which includes a pair of flexible rinse water storage vessels shaped and adapted to be supported in draped position from the top of a chemical reservoir tank and the sides of the tank. A gasoline engine driven pump is connected to withdraw rinse water from the flexible vessels. The rinse water is pumped at high pressure into a built-in spray head assembly inside the chemical tank and also through a jet spray gun to clean the exterior of the chemical spray apparatus. The system is capable of confining the chemical spray chemicals to the application job site and thus avoid contamination anywhere else.
