The diameter of each secondary wheel is greater than is the distance between locations, and adjacent secondary wheels are arranged to roll in separate, parallel paths.

Furthermore, the mobile storage unit incorporates a seat portion which allows a user to utilize the mobile storage unit as a seat in situations where one is needed yet not available.

An insertion rod engageable with a positioning hole of the subordinate prop biased by a spring. A steel wire has a first enlarged head retained in a slot of the insertion rod and a second enlarged head retained in a slot of the rotor for controlling the insertion rod the engage or disengage with the positioning hole of the subordinate prop. Therefore, the props may separate with each other to make a four wheels touching the ground.

In one example, the cart includes at least two platforms that are movable with respect to a frame of the cart and that are coupled together such that an upward force for a vertical movement with respect to the frame of one platform provides a vertical movement with respect to the frame of a second platform at an elevated position. The platforms are coupled to each other with chains, wire, or linkage structures. With some carts, the platforms are removable from the rest of the frame. Also with some carts, an upper platform is collapsible on a lower platform. Some carts include two wheel bases that are foldable with respect to one another so as to allow the cart to traverse a surface obstacle by folding one wheel base down over the surface obstacle and transferring a load to that wheel base from another wheel base located on the opposite side of the surface obstacle. Some cart platforms include rail structures that allow a module to be moved from the platform to a system housing such as a laser system housing.

摘要： A hand truck has a movable load platform that can be driven upwards and downwards by driving means associated with a readily detachable power unit. This allows an operator to place the hand truck on the ground adjacent a delivery truck, to raise the movable load platform so that it is level with the load bed of the delivery truck, to transfer a heavy package from the delivery truck to the hand truck, and then to lower the elevatable platform so that the loaded hand truck can be pushed across the ground. In addition, the detachable power unit provides a continuous track for urging the hand truck up or down stairs. The track preferably includes a plurality of step engaging members that are sized to firmly engage each tread of a set of stairs so the device is sure-footed.

摘要： A fulcrum and method of use for passage of a hand truck rearward, handles first, over a curb and onto an adjacent raised surface such as a sidewalk. A short pivotable arm attached to rails of the truck is the fulcrum, and is positioned low on the rearward side of the truck to render high leverage. The arm is connected to stop members which limit outward movement of the arm to about a perpendicular angle to the rails. A latch maintains the arm initially outward for the curb climbing process. In use, the truck is first positioned with its rear side facing the curb, the arm in the outward latched position, and with the truck wheels on the lower surface adjacent the curb, and the truck cargo platform facing outward away from the curb. The truck rails are then manually pulled rearward and downward in an arch over the sidewalk to engage the distal end of the arm against the top of the curb. Continued pulling on the handles causes the wheels and cargo platform to raise above the top of the curb as the truck is pivoted on the arm. After the wheels are raised above the curb, and with continued downward rail movement and resultant angular change, the latch automatically disengages, the arm pivots toward a stored position of the distal end adjacent the cargo platform, resulting in movement of the truck horizontally as the wheels are lowered to the sidewalk.
